Det var nära till både buss och tåg station.
Hotellet låg bra till och det var snabbt och smidigt till alla sevärdheter. Jätte trevlig personal och fräscha rum med fin utsikt. Ända som jag inte var super nöjd med var sängen, den var lite för hård för min smak.

Bra läge och fina rum
Fräscht och stilrent hotell med bra läge. Det som drog ner betyget var att två av fyra hissar var ur funktion och på morgonen när vi skulle checka ut fick vi en nota på juice och sprit som saknades från minibaren som vi inte hade tagit.

An excellent location on the edge od the Hyde Park; direct access to Lancaster Gate Central Line tube station and a few bus stops. Less than 10 minute walk from Paddington. Super friendly high level very accommodating service on every level. We'll be happy to come back when in London again.

If you prefer nature and history, this location is perfect. Upon arrival it was a short walk from Paddington Station when travelling from Heathrow. Directly across the road from Hyde Park and a short walk to Kensington Palace, Royal Albert Hall, and Diana’s memorial. Having a tube station directly underneath the hotel was perfect for the novice London visitor. The concierge, bellhops, hospitality desk, room service, and housekeeping was attentive to every details and very helpful in a timely manor. The rooms are small but efficient. Reminded me of a cruise ship stateroom.

This was our third stay at the Royal Lancaster and as always, the staff was very friendly and the service was excellent. We had breakfast everyday. After the first day the staff recognized us and personally greeted us. Aziza gave us some information about places to go and things to do.
