Helt ok!
Som många andra skrivit fick vi istället ett rum på Pearl Hotel, bara några dörrar nedåt på gatan. Detta fick vi mail om tidigare, att incheckningen sker på Pearl Hotel och att vi kan komma att få rum där istället. Jag ser inga problem med det. Personalen kom och öppnade ytterdörren och välkomnade oss. Rummet var helt ok, välstädat, luktade dock mycket klor. Min partner hade svårt att sova under natten då det tydligen var högljutt och mycket spring utanför. Inget jag märkte av då jag sover djupt.

Good for its purpose
Its good for its purpose, I was looking for a place to sleep on a business trip, arrived late and left early. Its basically a small room with a single bed, a bathroom, at most 10sqm of even that. There was a Quick shop across the street where I got breakfast. Upon checkin there was a sign on the door saying I should go to a hotel a few doors down the street to check in, I was then housed at that hotel and not at the Sapphire. Didnt mind. Clerk was nice!

Sämst
Oengagerad personal, kylskåpet fungerade inte, kändes som ett hostel mer. Med tanke på vad vi betalade kändes det helt orimligt! Slitet rum o badrum, de hade hängt en liten fläkt på väggen som enda luftkonditionering vilken inte hjälpte alls.

The room was overall clean but there was dust in several spaces and on top of like the papertowel holder. There was frige in the room and waterboiler, they changed our towels each day. But for the price I payed it was really good. The breakfast was ok. Eggs, croissants, yoghurt, cereals, toast, butter and Jam. Coffee and tea.

Arrived late. Note on the door stating to go to the Pearl Hotel 7 door down. Did that and was told that we were staying at the Pearl. First impressions were bad. No proper reception, just a guy watching TV in an untidy living room/office. He said the Pearl and Saphire were basically the same, as it was the same company. First impression of the room, was tiny, but this is London, right. Well, I could not sit on the toilet and close the toilet door or open a suitcase anywhere but the bed as no floor space. The room did not feel unclean, but it was so worn out. The curtains were grey and full of holes and window did not close properly, so noisy all night. Felt like we were being conned as the pictures on the web were nothing like the room itself. Very disappointed that no one has stopped this hotel ripping off customers.

Usch och fy !
Detta hotell var hemskt ! Det som stod i beskrivningen stämde verkligen inte alls ! Jag började med att checka in på adressen jag fick i mailet , och en av killarna visar mig till en trappa längre ner på gatan , inte samma byggnad som Sapphire Hotel alltså . Går inte ner med mig och visar eller något . Jag går in , och letar efter mitt rum. Hittar det inte , men ser ett kök längre ner i korridoren . EFTER köket ligger ett till rum som verkar vara mitt . Väl inne så finns EJ : 1. Vattenkokare 2. Strykjärn 3. Strykbräda 4. Dvd spelare 5. Kylskåp Allt detta står att det ska ingå PÅ rummet då man läser beskrivningen . Plus att det ej fanns en toaborste ens på toaletten . Ej hygien artiklar heller som det stod , utan bara 3 hårda handtvålar . Bara två duschhanddukar fanns på rummet , inga för att torka händerna . Nu till det värsta . Möglet ! Jag bifogar foton på allt mögel i detta rum , detta var inte roligt för mig med astmabesvär att sova här dessa dagar kan jag säga , tur jag hade medicin med . Hela väggen i duschen med svarta fläckar med mögel , dörren in till toan var full med mögel med , det stank . Det var även mögel i talet på flera ställen i sovrummet . Blod på väggarna med ! När man väl duschade , för man var ju tvungen att duscha , så verkar det vara fel på termostaten , för man brände sig VARJE gång man duschade. MYCKET otrevlig personal ! Tycker Hotels.com ska avsluta samarbetet med detta urusla hotell !

Worst hotel ever
When we came to the hotel it shows that it isn't that hotel we had booked? We booked Sapphire Hotel but we got a room in another building. It does not look like the pictures it's so unfresh, the beds are really hard, our toilet was out of function. You had to go thrue 5 or 6 stairs to come to the room and it was really small corridors. You did'nt get help with your bags and they were not helpful at all. I can seriously say that it's the worst hotel i have ever stayed at.

Jag fick inte bo på Sapphire eftersom jag blev flyttad till Pearl istället, I bokningen stod det att jag skulle kontakta hotellet 24 timmar i förväg för att arrangera incheckning. Problemet var bara att det gick inte att nå hotellet varken på telefon eller email eftersom Sapphire hotell var obemannat. Frukosten var också dålig, sängen var bra men rummet var superlitet 6 kvadratmeter inkl badrummet.

Rent och fräscht, men litet och trångt. Ungefär vad man kan förvänta sig för pengen, så egentligen ingenting att gnälla på. Bra område med lite trevliga pubar och restauranger på gångavstånd.

Rummet var rent och fräsch. Byggnaden saknar en hiss , vilket var en stor nackdel. Annars var det helt ok !

Andra gången jag besöker detta hotell och de är väldigt vänliga och hjälpsamma! Fräscha rum och bra frukost! Överlag väldigt nöjd. Ligger nära Westfield (shoppingcentrum) och tunnelbana bara en liten lagom promenad

I originally had some apprehension with staying here based on other reviews, but I was looking for somewhere cheap- and WOW. I loved the stay here!! The beds were clean and comfortable, the bathroom was also clean and the staff were very friendly. This is a great hotel as it’s just down the road from the O2 Shepherd’s Bush Empire (what we came for) and both of Shepherd’s Bush’s tube stations are less than a 10 minute walk away!! Additionally, many reviews mentioned that they booked Sapphire and were asked to stay in the Pearl (sister hotel) this was also the same case for us, however, instructions to do so were clear and simple so don’t worry. A 5/5 star stay for sure, if I’m ever in Shepherd’s Bush again, this will be the hotel I choose!!

This is a clean friendly budget hotel. Stayed in a double room en suite. Was a bit like Harry Potter as it was under the stairs, however it was very quiet and the bed was sooo comfy almost slept as well as i would at home.

After I booked this hotel my partner read some terrible reviews about this hotel but they had a no refund policy so we still went ahead. Most of the bad reviews that I read all complained about staying in the Sapphire's sister hotel, the Pearl. For us and for the price we paid (Around £55.00 per night) it was ok. The decor wasn't bad and the beds were clean and comfy. The only thing that let it down was the poor shower pressure, the rusty soap holder (it was so bad the whole holder was literally brown with rust) and it could do with a lick of paint here and there. But as I said for the price we paid it was ok.

I really liked the location of the property which is close to many shoppings and convenient stores. But the walls of the room were presenting stains of molds. Besides they can improve the facilities in the rooms by adding a tray for tea and coffee bags, cutterly, glasses and not one or two plates and a microwave. I did kot appreciate the fact that they lodged me neither in Sapphire hotel nor in Pearl hotel but in another sister hotel of Sapphire hotel which was next to it.

A small room in the basement for 3 people. No small table, only one bedsize table for three people set and a bottom in a bed. No sense... No small light by the bed. The radiator wasn't working. It was cold. Bathroom clean. In the corridor, I suspect that a large number of bags are stored with bedding, which gives the impression of being in a warehouse
