Perfect location
Excellent service starting with the doorman and being offered a glass of champagne while checking in. Very comfortable clean room with river view.

Chambre un peu petite pour une famille à 4. Impossible de ranger les habits avec juste 3 tiroirs . Autrement le personnel ne parle pas français mais ils essayent tous de nous comprendre.ils sont tous adorables à nous aider et donner des conseils. Restaurant,petit déjeuner au top Je recommande sans problème !!!!!

I loved the views, facilities, location and the cleanliness…however…I think asking for my room to be cleaned and never having coffee replenishments unless an occasional decaf pod just shouldn’t happen in a 5 star hotel with so many other assets going for it!

Really great hotel. Will def make this my go to London space to stay. Booked a superior room on the 15th floor. Was clean, spacious, comfortable and quiet. Fantastic amenities. Great views of London and close distance to some key tourist attractions. Very helpful and friendly staff.

The service was impeccable in all ways. I injured my ankle in London and we were provided ice packs every time we asked for them. We were also provided amazing service at the front desk/information desk area, where one of the employees introduced us to City Mappers (a mobile application) that helped us get throughout London efficiently.

We had a lovely meal in the restaurant and both the food and service were amazing. The superior room was spacious and we had a great city view. My only issue was the pillows, which were so soft they were almost flat! Location is great, there is a riverside entrance which leads to the southbank and it was perfect for the National Theatre. Highly recommend.

Het hotel is zeer goed gelegen op de Southbank aan de oever van de Theems. Zowel de London Eye, Covent Garden, St Pauls als de London Bridge zijn op loopafstand (20 min). Er zijn 3 metrostations in de buurt (max 10 min) en ook de trein (Thameslink) en de rivierboot zijn vlakbij. Het hotel is mooi ingericht, modern, relatief nieuw en in een veilige locatie. De kamers zijn voldoende groot en van alle gemakken voorzien. Er is een restaurant en mooie rooftop bar. Het ontbijtbuffet is kwalitatief goed en lekker. Voor ons waren er 2 minpunten: we hadden een 4 persoonskamer met 2 dubbele bedden geboekt, maar de bedden waren smaller dan de standaardmaat (geen 160 cm). Nogal nipt voor 2 volwassenen. Dit zou duidelijk vermeld moeten worden bij het boeken. En het ontbijtbuffet was iets te beperkt en elke dag exact hetzelfde. Niettemin is dit hotel zeker een aanrader, alleen al voor de geweldige locatie!
