Rymligt
Stort rymligt rum, tyst trots närheten till flygplatsen, dunderskön säng. Personalen var trevlig och hjälpsam. 10/10!

Snabbvisit och tidig flight
Ett hotell med bra läge med bara 10 minuters transport från Heathrow. Hotellet har två bra restauranger och ligger i anslutning till flera andra hotell med ett intressant och varierande restaurangutbud. Vi nyttjade hotellet inför en tidig flight, vilket gjorde att vi tyvärr inte han nyttja hotellets alla faciliteter som den fina poolen och gymmet. Bra service i receptionen, med en smidig incheckning. Receptionen hjälpte till med den tidiga transferbokningen via taxi. Tyvärr så funkade inte kommunikationen med taxichauffören då denne krävde betalning trotts att vi förbetalt allt på hotellet. Allt löstes efter några minuters irriterad diskussion, vilket man inte vill ha 04.45 på morgonen.

Helt ok utan att vara fantastiskt
Perfekt flygplatshotell för en natt. Nackdelen är att man tar betalt för transfer bussen till terminalerna men det kanske alla hotell på LHR gör?

Det var en bra hotel nära flygplatsen. Relativt enkel att ta sig från flygplatsen till hotellet. Bussen var gratis. Barnen tyckte om poolen. Frukosten var bra. Mvh Hasse

Not the best cleaning! I expect more for the price
The cleaning was bad since they didn't bother to refill with new towells, instead they removed the towel used, the old coffee mug used in the morning was not removed, the tissues kept falling out since it wasn't locked properly, and for the sanitary bags, it kept falling of the wall since it wasn't attached properly. There was only one waterbottle given for free for the whole three days. The bar and its food was well over priced. I am not usually this fussy, but this wasn't a nice experience. I will not recommend it for more than one night, neither will I stay there again. In that case, I will go the neighbouring hotels.

Fantastic!
fantastic service and rooms in every way. Room Service menu and opening hours are very good. Sad that the bar was closed earlier due to weddings. The check in and out was very smooth thanks to the staff named: "Corina". Super nice!

The staff were quite nice and upgraded our room when they found out it was our honeymoon. The thermostat was broken in our room, the sensor for motion was literally burnt out so although the room was super hot the thermostat stayed at 26 and would not cool the room at all. We also had issues with the TV turning on all night despite us not using the remote. We had to unplug it to stop it. The last thing I would say is don’t ask the hotel to book you a taxi, instead book an Uber as the taxi they booked us cost 36 pounds to go to terminal 5.

Nice hotel and good grill and room service. Parking can be hard to get into at rush hour and driving in the area is challenging with many tiny single lane two way roads for being so urban. Reception our first days was not helpful at all with questions and issues with all three of our rooms heaters being hot and unable to turn off, and one room with a stuck window, but upon checkout the receptionists were very nice. Rooms smelled of perfume and windows opened to the smoking area below. It was clean and suited out needs for one night though.

On arrival, keycards did not work and weren’t working for the rest of the day so you had to be escorted to the room each time. Staff in the Sprts Bar were very unaccommodating and just shouted ‘we’re full!’ Only used as a one nighter before flying out but won’t be using this hotel again

A very pleasant airport hotel with friendly, helpful staff. The rooms are large,well furnished and very comfortable. Excellent breakfast. It is such a pity that the central area with the pool and bar is closed and I hope the management will bring this back to life soon.

Unfortunately, we were expecting the pool, pool side bar, and the middle area of the hotel to be open, which was the largest factor in our decision to book this hotel. However, it was closed we were told for "covid times." For reference, our stay was in March of 2024, when anything closed for "covid" is just a lackluster, facade to save a buck on operating expenses and have "the pandemic" to blame. We would've liked to have known that the area was closed, since it did not indicate that anywhere on the website. Additionally, something to make up for the inconvenience would have been nice, but none was offered. The hotel itself was nice, clean, awesome shower, and a great breakfast, we were just disappointed in the non-communicated closure of the pool and bar area.

Booked this hotel for the pool and the tropical space with lounge, none of which was open and hasn’t been for a while, please remove from your site or upgrade the facility so this space can be utilized. Booked a family suite and only 2 towels provided for a family of four. Information on the shuttle bus to the hotel from the airport is not available on their site, after a bunch of googling was able to find the information, but for a family of 4 it was more affordable to take a taxi.

Nice Indian restaurant on site. My room was very dark with a small window and a nothing view. No hot water in the morning. Also, there’s only one normal power socket on the opposite side of the room to the bed. All other power sockets in the room are non-UK type… in London!
