The most perfect hotel, but...
South Place is one of my top three favourite hotels in the world so far, I even got the coordinates of the hotels engraved on three bracelets. The hotel, rooms and service was as always top-notch. However there were some temperature problems regarding the room we were first given (never experienced before), which unfortunately could not be solved during the weekend. We were instead given a room towards the secret garden. We were woken up early one morning, either from the music from the secret garden or the room next to us, or a combination (never experienced before). The preference is a street view with the low sound from the street.

Bra hotell med kanonläge och bra service!
Var i London en weekend under friidrotts-VM. Superbra service vid incheckningen. Trevlig personal och god men dyr a la carte-frukost. Bra område med jättebra kommunikationer med tunnelbana. Rekommenderas! Rent och snyggt rum.

Vi är jättenöjda med valet av hotell. Det är detaljerna som räknas! Hela hotellet har en ljuvlig doft, fina val av textilier, skön säng, trevligt och mysigt badrum med bra produkter. Bra service! Rekommenderas! Kommer snart tillbaka!

Hög klass
Fantastiskt prisvärt hotell som ligger i finansdistriktet, en liten bit i från turiststråken. Kan man tänka sig att åka några stationer med tunnelbana eller 10-20 min i taxi är detta ett underbart hotell även för turisten eller för en romantisk helg. Några detaljer som stod ut var bland annat Nespresso bryggare, bra roof-top bar, bra gratis Internet, hög kvalitet på lakan, schampo mm samt mycket hög servicenivå.

Utmärkt på alla sätt, checkade in 10:30, sa att vi inte skulle vara tillbaka förrän 22, fick bra rum direkt istället. Har allt vi önskade, enda var att kranarna till vask och dusch är så designade att de inte går att använda med blöta händer HAHA!! Vill ni lägga lite extra pengar på boende, boka detta hotel, hittar ni reducerat pris, slå till. Nära Liverpool Street station och resturanger men inte så mycket vanlig shopping.

A nice return
A fantastic reception. A wonderful room. We feel like home. Excellent food but very slow and unantentive service at our late lunch in the bar at ground floor. Unfortunately almost the same experience at the rooftop bar on Saturday evening. Good drinks and ambiance but long waits and staff that obviously had other things to do than look after the guests. However, the breakfast is great and the service at that time is always wonderful. Overall we will always return, we love the place but please advice your bar personal a bit about customer service.

Aslappnat men lyxigt
Lyxigt och fräscht hotell. Lugnt område men flera bra restauranger både på hotellet och inom gångavstånd. Väldigt nära två tunnelbanestationer så det är lätt att ta sig runt.

Very nice and clean room in a cool hotel
It was perfect for our weekend getaway to London. Great bed, super nice bathroom with a bathtub with enough space for two! This hotel has everything you an expect from a five star hotel. Great gym as well and a nice sauna.

Superfint fräscht hotell. Vi var nöjda med allt.Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Bra städning. Dock ingen frukostbuffé utan endast beställning a la carte. Dyrt - tom påfyllning kaffe kostar... Nära tunnelbanan. Kommer gärna tillbaka.

Super hotel for business or leisure
Super hotel! I have around 30 different hotel stays per year and it is not often that you find à hotel that is excellent all the way through. I am definitely coming back.

The South Place team is awesome and will make your stay as pleasant as possible. The rooms are comfortable and offer everything we needed. The Hotel itself is located close to the Liverpool Station which is great for public transport. We stayed there for three times already and would come back anytime.

New Years getaway in South Place Hotel
Had a great 2-night stay at South Place. The staff were courteous, attentive and efficient. The room we stayed in was spotless, my only gripe was the bathroom sink which only seemed to dispense scorching or very cold water. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and I would happily return to this establishment.

Nice room but…
We stayed in a junior suite for one night. The bed was very comfortable and the coffee machine and waters very welcome. However the carpet was quite stained, the wall beside the bed the same and the smell from the bathroom was absolutely awful and filled the bedroom despite keeping the bathroom door closed all the time. The smell really spoiled out time in the room.

Modern and stylish Hotel. Close to the Moorgate as well as the Liverpool Street Station. Early check-in was very good! Unfortunately, our room was quite old. Roomdoor and also the bathroomdoor were difficult to open and close. Only hot water in the shower and the best of all, no turning off of the running bathtub water. After calling the reception, Thomas turned off our water completely and left us, without saying a word. Although our door was open the whole time. We had to call the reception again at 11.00 pm. to get the information, that we have to move the room. Thomas at the reception, didn't even bother to look at us. Don't know, what we did wrong. Sad, because the stay was very pleasand until this incident.
