Cramped and horrible beds
Very disappointing. The "family room" was basically a double room with two extra beds. No space. There was hardly room to open your suitcases or to enter the bathroom. No place to hang clothes or towels. The extra beds were horrible, but friendly staff arranged some extra mattresses. The room got very hot.

Varning.
Varning för detta hotell de har ingen koll på säkerheten. En nödutgång blockerad med bråte. Vid den andra stod gasflaskor som aldrig får stå så vem som helst kommer åt dem, tänker barn. Och absolut inte inne på ett hotell, finns lagar och förordningar hur man skall hantera brandfarliga gaser. Vi fick ett familjerum i källaren, rummet stort och städat. Hade ju varit trevligt att kunna se ut. Men rummet var ok. Tyvärr verkar det som man inte är intresserad av att underhålla hotellet. Genom att fixa några enkla saker skulle detta vara ett ok hotell. Det fans AC på rummet som var helt igensatt med damm. Munstycket till duschen löst, pekar mot väggen så man får duscha halva kroppen åtgången. Handdukstorken funkar inte, sura handdukar är inte trevligt. Toaletten funkar inte bra, går att spola ibland och gör konstiga ljud i vatten rören. Handfatet sprucket ser inte trevligt ut. Varför glasdörr till toan i ett familjerum? Man hör och ser mer än vad man vill. Personalen röker utanför fönstret så man inte kan ha det öppet. Att det är lyhört och att man hör tunnelbanan hela tiden får man nog räkna med i ett såhär gammalt hus. Men att man har så dålig koll på säkerheten känns inte ok, välj ett annat hotell.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review.We are sorry to learn that you did not enjoy your stay with us.In regards to the curtains in the photo, these are removed before 4 pm as we are having new ones fitted and we have another three fire exits that are kept clear at all times for safety reasons.The bottles you have taken photos of were empty bottles that contained only air to service the ACs and once mentioned that you were unhappy to see them tucked away in a space that was not for the use of our guests they were instantly removed. We hope that we have answered your concerns and, that you enjoyed the rest of your trip.Kind regards

Very small single rooms
The smallest hotel room I have seen for a long time. About double a size of a single bed. My room was in the basement with an underground line going under the house, so I could hear the trains. The hotel personnel was OK, but uninspired.

Kanonläge
Kanonbra läge med närhet till Kings cross, lätt att ta sig in från Heathrow och lätt att komma ner till mer centrala delar av stan. En del riktigt bra familjerestauranger i närheten. Särskilt Albertini som vi återvänder till varje gång vi är i London. Sängarna på hotellet upplevde vi som för hårda, men det är såklart en smaksak.

Good location, friendly staff, fantastic bar.
Close to Kings cross and easy to find. Very friendly staff and they seem to have a lot of staff, new faces ll the time. Good breakfast served in the basement. Fantastic bar if you like gin and tonic, a good sortiment and they really did the best out of it. Rooms and cooridors as English standard, narrow corridors, a lot of stairs, no elevator but quite good romms but my lacked some cosy lightning. But bathroom big and a really nice bed. Recommended!

Supermysigt hotell!
Superbra hotell! Personalen var otroligt trevlig och hjälpsam både de i receptionen och de som jobbade på frukosten. Rummet var rent och fräscht och tyst. Mycket nära till tunnelbana samt mysiga områden att promenerar i. Frukosten var också jättebra med både brittisk frukost och kontinental. Rekommenderar alla som ska spendera tid i London att bo här!

Very conveniently located to the train stations. Room was small, but that is to be expected and it was fine, but it was also very warm. The bathroom is awkward with stairs slightly down into it, which concerned me a little in case someone was to get up during the night and be groggy and fall down them. That didn’t happen, but I still didn’t love the layout. Was also tight because of a sloped ceiling. If the price is right, and you don’t have much luggage that you need to log up and down the stairs, it is OK for a night or two, but I will probably look for someplace else next time.

The staff were really accommodating and were happy to keep hold of our luggage before and after check in/out. The decor in the hotel was beautiful and quite eclectic. The location was great with really easy access to the underground.

Was a great space as we came in late on the train and it was DIRECTLY across the street from St Pancras station. Check in was seamless and the room was creatively designed for a family. An on site bar and breakfast was appreciated.

首晚到達酒店發現沒有冷氣，接待員只提供了吹風機給我。幸好再三要求才換到有冷氣的房間。但廁所沒有乾濕分離，洗手盤更在廳內！環境很差，即使有服務員打掃、但我跟同行人總是覺得有野咬，皮膚很痕。假如問我會否再來，不要跟我開玩笑！可惜的是在Expedia's中搜尋到如此惡劣的酒店非常失望！不明白為何有高評分，完全沒有可能給予高分及好評！

The staff of the property was courteous and helpful. The only issues we had were that there was unexpected construction literally in front of the building that kept closing the road in front of the hotel to taxis and was quite nosy during the day and that the air conditioning unit was directly overhead in our bottom floor room and would sometimes drip a bit onto the foot of the bed. However the proximity to the tube and many restaurants and shops made up for it to us.

Nice welcome, small family room
Lovely welcome at reception and nice lobby. Room was clean but so very small. We had a family room in the basement. Shower took a long time to heat up, so much so I almost had a cold shower.
