Mycket trevligt hotell.
Mycket trevligt och bra hotell. Perfekt läge och centralt ca 4 minuter till Picadilly circus. Ligger på lugn gata med fina kläd och skobutiker och 2 trevliga pubar. Bra frukost och mycket trevlig och bra service. Rent och fint rum med mycket bra städning. Toppen!

Hit kommer jag tillbaka!
Bad om ett rum högt upp då jag hört det var bra utsikt och det både fick jag och det var jättefin utsikt från stort fönster. Bad även om tidig checkout vilket vi fick! Det var otroligt bra service och jag älskade rummet! Det var bra storlek och förvaringsutrymmen fanns. Några saker jag uppskattade extra mycket i rummet var att det fanns handdusch förutom takdusch, handduksvärmare, kassaskåp, kaffemaskin/vattenkokare, strykbräda, hårfön, roomservice. Vi kunde ringa till receptionen och be att få låna en adapter så kom de upp med den till rummet inom 5 min. Frukosten var jättebra också. Bra läge mellan Green park och Picadilly.
Utsikt från rum 1419. Låg precis vid hissarna.

Perfectly located
I’ve been staying at this hotel •a lot• over the last ~two decades, as it’s perfectly located and offers a good balance between price and service. The staff is friendly and helpful as always. However, one can see that the hotel is in need of renovation - hopefully this will happen soon.

Toppenbra!
Serviceminded personal, toppläge då hotellet ligger mellan Green Park och Piccadilly, tyst och lugnt, rent och fräscht. Det enda negativa var att vårt rum var lite litet. Rekommenderar detta hotell.

Perfect location
I am used to hotel rooms in London being small so that was no surprise. But the room being smelly was more surprising. I dont know if it was a detergent they used or something else. I was to lazy to ask for another room though.

Besviken!
Bott här tidigare då mkt bra. Fick nu ett tråkigt mkt litet rum. Frukosten var otroligt begränsad med tanke på pris och hotellets ambition, riktigt dålig! Kommer inte att bo här igen.

Staff are very accommodating. The hotel is older. This meant no outlets for technology such as USB for charging There was one outlet for the entire space over the desk. This meant using the hair dryer in the sleeping area and ironing in that same area. The rooms were very clean with plenty of towels. Conveniently located near everything. There was construction near the building where we were located which started very early and was disruptive to sleep.

The staff and the rooms were perfect for our girls trip! The only thing is the hotel bar..not so much.. no one could help at the bar. The front desk was very helpful and concierge was very helpful. It’s a great location with plenty of restaurants and shopping all in walking distance to all the major tourist spots.

This was conveniently located, with easy walking to Piccadilly Circus, Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, The London Eye, Big Ben, and others. The transportation options were abundant. Great location. The staff was friendly and responded quickly. The only negative was the walls were a bit thin and you could hear others, but not overly bad.
