Warning! We stayed here 14-18 December. When we checked in, we got a freezing cold room where the heating didn't work. We were very tired and had to go to the reception several times to try to get help. They took a long time before they came and looked at our room and stated that we were right, the heating did not work. So we had to wait a little longer for a new room. When we got the new room it was midnight. I have contacted the hotel to get compensation for the lost night, no response. My mother also stayed in the hotel and experienced that it was cold in the room, she was promised that they would put an element in the room, but they never did. I hope the hotel will get back to me with compensation. I'm disappointed to have paid for a night we didn't get because we had to wait and wait and wait....

Easy and very nice!
Easy check-in in machine however request, wish for certain room was not met, but got super fantastic personal help with that! Rooms as on photos, very clean bit could have been spotless.

Snyggt och rent typ designhotel med trevlig personal. Nära tunnelbanan. Lite halvslummigt område. Fin frukostbuffé, men saknade något annat pålägg än skinka och marmelad och ägg. Man fick köpa till typ äggröra och bacon. men för att vara London så var det en bra buffé

Jag var där 2 nätter tillsammans med min kille. Allt var toppen. Vi fick tom gratis frukost då de precis skulle öppna restaurangen och de tog hand om våra väskor innan vi skulle till flygplatsen. Wi-fi bra. Bra område. Bra säng och fräscht.

Vi kommer absolut tillbaka
Hotellet ligger i en ok område, det är ok på dagen men lite ”rufsigare” på kvällen. De håller på att bygga om på hotellet så det fanns ingen restaurang eller bar MEN de bjöd på gratis frukost samt snacks och dryck på kvällen mellan 18-20. Det var oerhört snällt av dem. Rummet var stort och riktigt fint! Sängen var stor och skön. Badrummet var stort med en sidodörr som man antingen tycker om eller hatar. Man hör allt från badrummet men samtidigt så passar det in i inredningen. Gratis kaffe och te i hallen. Synd att det inte fanns något kylskåp. Men vi är oerhört nöjda med vistelsen, 4 nätter.

Bra hotell med läge nära Tower Bridge.
Det var bra även om det pågick renovering av hotellet. Kvällsservering som ursäkt för röran med vin, ost och bröd var trevligt. Bra lägen med närhet till Tower bridge och även tunnelbanestation i närheten. Hotellet hade bara takdusch, vilket var lite förvånande men annars helt ok Hotell.

Centralt, trevlig personal och superbekväm säng
Hotellet var centralt, personalen var supertrevliga och vi tyckte om rummet. Sängen varså himla bekväm. Trist dock att de håller på och renoverar så de hade ingen matsal och frukosten var kall och inget vidare. Vi ger vistelsen 8 av 1å!

Nöjd!
Rummen var väldigt speciellt designade, och vi hade problem med att kunna stänga toalettdörren som bestod av en skjutdörr. Utöver det var hotellet bra placerat och prisvärt, hade varit ännu bättre om hotellet hade haft ett gym eller pool, och ifall frukosten var billigare (vi skippade den).

Rummen mindre än vad de ser ut På bild. Men det gjorde oss inte så mycket. Däremot saknade vi dörr till badrummet. Väldigt fräscht hotell med mycket roliga inredningsdetaljer. Älskar de roliga lapparna i hissen! Fantastisk frukost, och maten vi åt till middag en dag var också toppen! Det tar en stund till stan med tunnelbana, men det är klart värt det för att få bo på ett så fräscht ställe!

Albergo molto carino, moderno con arredi in materiale reciclato. Colazione ottima. Posizione molto comoda a pochi passi dalla Metropolitana. Unico lato negativo la cena, non per quanto riguarda il cibo che anzi consiglio perchè ottimo ma per il servizio veramente pessimo: abbiamo aspettato più di un'ora con dei bambini per vedere soddisfatto il nostro ordine, non avevano a disposizione bevande come coca cola o altro e invece di una limonata mi hanno servito della soda con del limone (ci siamo sentiti presi in giro). Purtroppo questo punto a sfavore non mi dà modo di consigliarlo appieno. Peccato.

Ich bin nur für eine Nacht geblieben und habe auch nicht dort gegessen- dazu also keine Bewertung. Das Hotel bietet einen Self-Check in an, aber der hatte nicht funktioniert. Das Personal war aber sehr freundlich, Gepäck abgeben an an- und abreisetag ging problemlos. Die Lobby ist schön und freundlich eingerichtet, das Zimmer selber hat mir persönlich von der Einrichtung her weniger gefallen, obwohl die Idee des Recyclings schön ist. Aber irgendwie nicht so umgesetzt, dass es einen Gemütlichkeitsfaktor hat. Man bekommt jedoch was man online sieht- also keine böse Überraschung. Das Hotel ist aber sauber, recht zentral gelegen , mit gutem Restaurants und Tube direkt in der Nähe- dafür was der Preis für Londoner Verhältnisse in Ordnung! Was mich gestört hat war der Lärm sehr früh morgens und die hellhörigkeit. Hatte jedoch auch ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss zum Hof, wo scheinbar um 4 Uhr morgens bereits die Müllabfuhr kam. Auch wenn jemand duscht oder die Toilette nutzt hörte man es gut. Mit Ohrstöpseln sicher machbar oder wenn man weniger empfindlich ist. Für den Preis kann man das mal machen , für mich persönlich wäre es nur für ganz kurze Aufenthalte eine Option, da mir im Zimmer doch der wohlfühlfaktor etwas gefehlt hat.
