Nice room attentive staff. The only negative was the pool was being serviced, though the hotel had made arrangements with the hotel next door for use of their pool, just a little extra walk

The staff were very helpful and the property was very clean. I was disappointed that they charged $10 per day for parking since there was no other people parking on the property besides the hotel guests.

I chose this hotel because it was 10 minutes away from Magic Mountain. It is cozy and clean. Staff is very polite and caring. I would stay there again. Thank you for providing a clean and safe hotel for my family.

Staff was EXTREMELY friendly and helpful! Such a great stay, room was clean and as described. We had a view of six flags which was neat as the sun went down and we were so close to the park!

Staff was extremely helpful. Disappointed that there wasn’t a continental breakfast included in the stay, however they did have a small coffee shop on property, didn’t try tho.

Beds were horrible!! Food was not good. Water pressure not good. We changed our hotel mid vacation because we couldn’t sleep in that bed one more night.

Nice overall. Bathtub is higher than bathroom floor so dangerous stepping out because not expecting drop. Almost fell. I’m sure elderly would have a problem

It was immaculately beautiful and a lovely area! Easy access to everything. There’s excellent restaurants and shopping centers near by! Only 25 minutes away from LA and Burbank. It’s about an hour from Venice Beach, Santa Monica Beach and Malibu. The staff, the views, the food, everything was wonderful!! Will definitely be staying be staying here, again, in the future! Absolutely love this place! Thank you!!!!

Very clean and great amenities however I don’t think they should charge extra to park, it should be included in your stay. Also the beds are too hard and uncomfortable pillows

Really didn’t care for the $7.00 price for a bottle of water, or other outrageous prices for cold drinks, or other concessions. The prices were triple that of other hotels and that would tell me that stuff goes stale before it’s actually sold. and with this area being isolated, I would recommend you bring your own snacks and conveniences. There’s nothing near the hotel.
