Bra men saknar wow faktor
Min dotter och jag tillbringade en vecka i LA och bodde hela veckan på Four Seasons. Super läge och fint hotell. Mycket bra service som vanligt på Four Seasons. Hotellet har en chaufför service där man kan bli skjutsad vart man vill inom 5km räckhåll - och det är i en Rolls Royce. Roligt med dottern och det blev många Instagram bilder ! Däremot saknade jag kaffe/ te möjlighet på rummet. Mellan kl 5:30 och 9:00 på morgonen kunde man hämta vid poolen men sedan på eftermiddagen fanns det bara roomservice alternativet som kostade 10 USD för kaffe. Med jetlagen var det ett stort minus. Frukosten var god med många val, däremot mycket dyrt, minst 80 USD för 2 pers varje morgon. Jag använde gymet två gånger men tyvärr aldrig poolen eftersom det var för kallt ute under vår vistelse i LA. Jätte bra överlag med saknade den där wow faktorn som Four Seasons oftast erbjuder.

Ett jättebra hotell. Mycket hjälpsam personal. Rent och fint. Vi återkommer mer än gärna hit. Allting var perfekt!

Mycket bra hotell, lite under vad jag generellt anser vara four seasons standard men toppklass ändå. Bra pool och gym för att vara hotell. Mycket bra service!

Underbar lyx!
Helt enkelt toppklass på detta hotell! Service o mat kan inte vara bättre. Pass upp bara med den dyra parkeringsavgiften om du lämnar nycklarna vid ankomst. Går att parkera gratis på hotellet om man själv parkerar.

I have visited many Four Seasons hotels that have always been amazing in every way. I had just flown back from Tokyo where I also stayed at the Four Seasons Otemachi, and was expecting the same high quality Four Seasons service I have encountered in other cities. I have been to about 10 other Four Season hotels as a regular customer of this chain. This Beverly Hills Four Seasons is very dated; the staff isn’t as welcoming; the service and food at the restaurant was terrible. I was very disappointed with the overall experience.
