Gillade: Rummets bekvämlighet
Hotell nära flygplatsen, praktiskt men med mycket ljud från trafik och flygplatsen. Rummet var ok, stort och rent. Heltäckningsmattan kändes inte fräsch. Gym och pool mycket mindre än vad som visas på bilderna! Frukosten var rörig, med mycket människor och lite platser. Det var smutsigt kring maten vilket inte kändes fräscht. Bemötandet från personalen var sådär.

Staff was very friendly upon arrival. They asked if we were okay with being on the first floor. We unfortunately said yes. It was very loud in the early morning since the rooms are located close to the lobby. The tile floor was also very slippery. Overall, it was a good hotel and we would stay again.

It's conveniently located 10 minutes away from SoFi Stadium and there's local eats and a grocery store down the street. We noticed that the surrounding area is a little sketch, but we felt safe at the Hampton Inn. My hubby and I loved the breakfast and the complimentary cookies. The staff was extremely attentive and accommodating. My hubby has a boot on due to a foot injury and the facilities were both clean, presentable and well-maintained. He was able to get by with his knee scooter haha. The parking garage is separate from the hotel itself and no elevator, but we were able to drop him off at the entrance and then I would leave to park the car. The king bed was very comfortable and we loved the view of SoFi at a distance. We would definitely stay here again and again!

The hotel is very nice, comfortable and quiet. However, we chose this hotel primarily because Expedia has it listed as being accessible by airport shuttle. As it turns out, there hasn't been an airport shuttle here since 2020. This is false advertising advertising.

The property address is not the same as listed and therefore you spend time driving around aimlessly until you call. Parking is an extra $10. The hallways and our room (until we switched) smelled of smoke. Only plus was the breakfast in the morning. Lots of great options.

I was asked for a physical ID. Although I had a copy of my mobile ID, they didn't accept it. They never showed their policy about having to present a physical ID at the time of registration, even though I already had paid off my stay and had the receipt with me.
