A guest and her friend were consuming excessive alcohol, leading our bartender to cease serving them. The guest became verbally abusive, yelling, cursing, and using profanity towards our staff. It is important for us to maintain a safe and respectful environment for all guests and staff members.Moreover, the same guest requested paramedics for a panic attack, but upon their arrival, she was uncooperative and rude. The paramedics confirmed she was intoxicated and suggested involving the police due to her continued disruption.Her behavior extended to the front desk, where she continued to display attitude and demanded personal information from our staff. She also touched a staff member multiple times despite expressions of discomfort and requests not to touch.While we strive to provide exceptional service, we regret any discomfort caused by these incidents.Once again, we apologize for falling short of your expectations and appreciate your understanding.
