Trevligt hotell men något gammalt
Hotellet ligger i Beverly Hills området men inte centralt i Beverly Hills. Ska du bo på detta hotell behöver du en bil för att ta dig därifrån. Hotellets skick är OK, ganska gammalt och förfallet. Heltäckningsmattorna behöver bytas ut, det tyckte jag var lite ofräscht men i överlag var det rent. Restaurang/bar delen var mysig. Personalen är super trevlig och hjälpsam. Poolområdet var fräscht och upprustat och även gymmet. Vet inte om jag tycker att det var värt pengarna men eftersom alla hotell kostar mkt i LA så är detta ett av de bättre.

Nära att köra till flygplats och till Getty museum. Shuttlebus service utmärkt. Pga trafik ogörna bil och hotellet ligger lite off. Hade bett om rum pool side och det fick vi inte f de hade inte fått meddelande?? vårt rum var stort nen mörkt.

Perfect hideaway
I just love this hotel! The rooms are amazing and the staff is very serviceminded. It might be a little off depending what you’re looking for, but it’s such a nice hideaway yet it’s only a short drive to Rodeo Dr, Westfield Century City etc.

Terrific hotel
A very nice hotel with staff that give that extra to make you feel welcome. I have stayed here many times and keep coming back. The pool area is the best in LA.

Gostei da localização do hotel. No entanto, o quarto n 236 apesar de espaçoso estava mal conservado, até as cortinas estavam rasgadas! Não havia nenhum copo disponível no quarto, o serviço de arrumadeira deixava 1 micro sabonete para 3 pessoas e a arrumação do sofá cama foi ignorada nas 3 noites que passamos.

Our room was close too a ball room that had a very loud event that went late. The bass was so loud our beds were vibrating. The staff was not helpful. The sink was leaking. There were charges I didn’t see/notice in Expedia. There was a $45/day charge for parking. Only option was valet, so I needed to tip on top of that. $30/day resort fee.

It’s valet parking only. They try to scam you every second. It’s $50.00 a day for parking the valet held my keys, even though I already paid and let my kid who’s eight years old and my wife stand in the rain with our luggage disgusting it smelled in the room too

It was the worst hotel stay of my life! The 1st floor is under construction and has no carpet on the ground, dust and dirt all over and grown adults running up and down the hall. Although I have stayed there many times, they told me they couldn’t upgrade me because they were full and then gave the room I asked about to a young lady next to me who said it was her first time. There were multiple weddings and photographers and only 3 valet employees so for a place that charges $45 per night to stay if you have a car on property, it takes almost an hour to get your car. The valet employees had no sense of customer service, our car was parked in front of someone else’s and we waited in our car for 15 minutes before they backed the car out so we could leave and then they parked the car three cars in the way of where we needed to pull out in the circle, so we waited another 15 minutes for them to move those cars. I have never been more disappointed in a stay. Ohhh and it was my anniversary so hubby and I were up until 3am both nights from the noise on the 2nd floor. I went out twice to the hotel staff to ask if there was anything that could be done and I don’t believe they ever sent anyone to even check on it because they were short staffed. I really should get a full refund. .

I feel for the price paid at the Luxe things should have been in better condition. Cement floor on the way to the rooms was dirty.. just very old looking interior. Paid $245.00 plus $30.00 resort fee.. way overpriced for what we got. No breakfast included.. will not stay here again.

Stay was great. The staff were all very friendly and supportive! I have to say that I am more than impressed with the level of service from the bellhops, not only were they very fast and quick on they’re feet but they were also just so nice and always made me feel welcomed! This hotel is great very family friendly and I’ll definitely be recommending it to anyone that stays in LA!

Pictures definitely make it seem nicer than it is. Rooms are pretty dated. They also have a ton of fees aside from booking the hotel. We stayed three nights and at the end was charged an extra $500 for parking and a resort fee. The walls are also thin and can hear everything in the other rooms. They also give you a QR code to get your car, order room service, etc. We used it and services were either not provided or we had to walk down to the first building lobby and request in person. The app doesnt work. I would choose somewhere else

The pool and gym were in another building up a steep driveway that was under construction. Room carpet needing cleaning and was room smelled so strong of 'cover up scents and bleach', we had to sleep with the windows open. Staff is very nice. Electrical wires in room done with funky orange curly cord along the wall--tv was hung very crookedly. Just very odd and in need of an update.

Never stay here again .. rooms were so run down. When you book on Expedia add another 125! Per night. Parking 50 a night. And another 50 for A “resort fee” ..,trust me this is NO RESORT! .. just a dumpy hotel . Tv wasnt plugged in , bathroom old and dirty. The ONLY. Good thing was the valet guys got the car up fast.. no gift shop for snacks.. food overpriced and not good. Whole place is a mess to be honest .

My husband and I liked that the property was conveniently located directly off Route 405. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The main lobby was very nice, however, the property itself could use an overhaul. The carpeting was pulled up in the hallways and when we asked if they were putting new carpet in, they stated that it was like that for 2 years! Also, the rooms were large but dated and need to be renovated.
