Nice and clean but quite small pool area. The area is nice and quiet but no restaurants or shops near the hotel.

Hotellet har ett fantastiskt läge i den fina hamnen och fina rum. Dock saknas ordning i poolområdet, ingen som plockar upp eller fyller på handdukar, samt smutsig disk från roomservice stod hela dagar i korridorerna. Toppen med cykeluthyrning på hotellet!

Good ambiance but some improvements needed.
Room was not ready upon arrival even if the hotel had sent e-mail and asked when I would arrive. Room should be "ready within short and we will call/text you". After one hour I went to the reception and asked about the room and the staff looked surprised and told me that the room had been ready for some time. Booked a room with "city view" but it was "parking and entrance view with a lot of disturbing sounds". All sounds from the parking/entrance but also the hallway was clearly heard into the room. The ambiance of the hotel/room is nice and has a "maritime" feel but the room itself was a bit worn. The cabinet and drawers did not align, the bathroom is very small but the shower was big and with a good water pressure. Valet parking was quick and responsive and the checkout went smooth. It´s a pretty expensive hotel but it´s not justified by the status and upkeep at the moment.

Below average due to COVID?
It was an average stay. Room was not impressive. There was no daily cleaning service "due to COVID". Weird, considering this was the only hotel out of 5 during our roadtrip that has such extreme approach. You could "order" bathroom items. But when we ordered they forgot, and didn't deliver until we reminded them hours later.

There’s one thing I did not like about this hotel. Parking is Valet only and I believe it was $45 dollars a night. Too expensive when the hotel is a little pricey. Overall, the hotel was very nice and the staff was professional.

On first floor by valet parking arrival, felt like we were in the parking lot. Couldn’t keep the drapes open due to being so close to people arriving and valet attendants. When drapes were closed, it was so dark and lighting was bad.

Great hidden gem. We enjoyed the daybeds on the patio's ground floor right near the yachts. Great place to walk your dog with only a side walk separation from the beautiful harbor. We chose this spot because the fireworks were in clear view.
