I like that it was near the cruise terminal. The rate was lower than the competitors. Staff was very friendly. The rooms were nothing like Expedia posted. It was the opposite. Beds are not comfy. AC works great! Leaking faucet, tv did not work. Lamps did not work.

This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Read and believe all the negative reviews. I honestly can say nothing good about this place. The door didn’t lock, it smelled of mold, the carpet had holes, the walls had holes. It was literally sticky on multiple surfaces. Only reason we stayed, is when I tried to cancel with less than 24 hours notice they were going to charge me full price and when i got into town it was 12am. Awful, disgusting hotel.

Property entrance not marked making it next to impossible to find it. First room had broken security latch on the door, mold and mildew in bathroom and tub tiles, dust and rust on all bathroom fixtures, shower head was broken giving a fire hose effect, rough patchwork on ceiling and wall in bathroom, carpet not vacuumed. Second room was a little better with vinyl floor and metal framed door with adequate security device. Cockroach found on door, bathroom sink had pieces glued together, shower head sprayed really wide. Entrance light switch covered by a mirror. Dust webs on ceiling.

The grounds are beautiful, however the room we had was in disrepair and had a couple bugs. Sheets seemed clean.

Upon arrival you can see the building is in horrible condition. Floors, walls, rooms, chairs, elevator, all in horrible fifthly condition, Roaches everywhere, water leaks everywhere, no working faucets, fifthly room roaches on the beds, headboards everywhere I left immediately. This building should be condemned!!!! I had children with me. My children cried!!!!!

Don’t stay there. Outside looks nice. Inside was terrible. They have some semi permanent residents. 3rd floor smelled like cat urine and in fact there was a litter box in the hallway. It was terrible. The room had gum stuck to the window, dirty walls and is worn and just old. We left and went around the corner and stayed at Crown Plaza. The hotel is close and walkable to the cruise port but so is the Crown Plaza. I rarely write reviews but I had to on this. It really was bad.

Room was dirty, mattress was yellow and stained sheets and pillow cases dingy yellow. My room had a roach in it. I had to go to Walmart to buy sheets a pillow and disinfectant spray. Outside my window were homeless people and trash. I was expecting a decent room with a wonderful view. I do not recommend this place. The health department should shut them down. I will never stay here again nor will I ever recommend someone staying here. Seriously just gross!!!

This served our purpose of being a room for a night before embarking on our cruise. But, the property was dirty, and unclean, stairways and hallways didn't look like they had been vacuumed in years. Our room was old, with a smoke detector hanging down. We weren't sure whether the sheets had been changed because the room was not clean.

This place really needs a renovation; needs better housekeeping and better maintenance. Guy at the front desk was very nice. Thank God I only stayed one night for my cruise that was departing from right across the street.

Large room , and close to the ship line which was great. However their was no working TV, no hangers for clothes, no place close to get coffee, no hair dryer, towels are small and rough. They must be working on this Inn for it is very noisy misting furniture, and power tools, but it was quiet after 7:00 .

The beds were gross. If you look under the mattress it is stained with urine and who knows what else. Carpet needs replacement and the walls are extremely thin. We had a family with a dogs and children up until after 2 am banging around and tv extra loud. The only one thing we liked is it was located in a great location.

I had to move rooms twice. The bathroom was leaking when the people in the room above us was taking a shower. Complained and was offered another room to use the bathroom before checkout.

The grossest, scariest hotel I’ve ever been to. No blankets, stained, dirty mattresses, mold, BUGS! Scary people doing drugs and sleeping in the parking lot. We had to leave, I didn't want to put my head on the pillow. Please do not stay here!

My room was dirty there was a bar of used soap in my shower the tv and phone didn’t work at all. They changed my room the outlets didn’t work the light in the bath/shower didn’t work had to shower in the dark. Will never go there again. For $115 a night I expect way better.

When we first checked into our first room, the room was very musty, smelt like steel cigarettes, and the AC did not work, the TV did not work and there was no cord for the phone. So we went down on the elevator that takes forever, and seems like a death trap to switch rooms. Get switched to the room next-door. There is a cord for the phone however it doesn’t work the TV works and the AC works. The neighboring guests came home and was up partying until about 4 AM. The walls are super paper thin sounded like they were in our room. Our toilet started overflowing and the room above us on the third floor was HEAVILY LEAKING INTO OUR TUB at 3am. Staff extremely rude, entire building smells. Complete waste of money!

First room had bugs and the fridge was turned off and thawing out the freezer which had water all over the floor. Changed rooms and had a filthy experience as well. Clearly minimal cleaning done with dirt and hair on the floors. There were used tampon and pad trash in the bathroom metal box for tissues. The sink in bathroom poured water out the back of the spout if turned on. The toilet clogged and was not usable. Cords out on the floor. Water damaged walls. Smelled like a hamster cage. Overall place smelled like cigarettes and attempted air fresheners.

This place it’s the worse place I stayed in my life! We got in late, the first room they gave us had a strong mildew smell, had half painted over graffiti and the furniture was falling apart. The second was pretty much the same, minus the smell. It was midnight and we were tired from our six hour flight and decided to tough it out and stay. Look at the pictures to see the condition of the room. The place is falling apart, not sure why Expedia would advertize such a place, aren't there any regulations for hotels?

Please stay away. The parking lot had homeless people living in their cars, hallways smelled like piss. The room we had had cigarette butts all over the windowsill, a hole the size of my head on the wall, blankets had cigarette burns, furniture was stained so bad that you couldn’t tell the original color. The smoke detector was broken and hanging off the wall. The room had graffiti on the door, walls, and mirror. One of the tags was in sharpie in the mirror and was dated July if 2021. We checked in and not even an hour later we left. I asked for a refund but was refused. The place is a total dump. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra $50 and get a decent room.
