Bra läge nära havet. Uppvärmd pool. Rum med balkong mot havet. Säng ok. - väldigt smutsig heltäckningsmatta och smutsigt i skåpet där kylskåpet stod.

Bra läge vid Manhattan Beach
Bra hotell med perfekt läge vid Manhattan Beach. Vårt rum låg i det gamla huset som inte var i bästa skick. Bland annat hade badrumsmattan hade släppt runt hela golvet. Bra läge på hotellet och de andra husen såg väldigt fräscha ut. Bra parkering och fri tillgång till cyklar. Dock nådde inte Wi-Fi till vårt rum så det var inget vi kunde nyttja riktigt. Bokat gärna hotellet igen men då i någon av de nyare husen.

Jättebra lägenhetshotell vid fantastisk strand!
Jättebra boende nära stranden i Manhattan Beach som är ett trevligt och avslappnat område. Vi var 2 familjer som delade en lägenhet, funkade bra även om det hade varit optimalt med två toaletter. Skönt att kunna laga egen frukost och vissa måltider. Fantastiskt med gratis utlåning av cyklar, boogie-boards, strandstolar och parasoller. Finns en liten pool också men vi föredrog den fantastiska stranden. Bra och trevligt bemötande förutom vid incheckningen då det visade sig att man bara får en parkeringsplats per rum (man kan tycka att det borde vara tillåtet med 2 bilar då man kommer 8 personer) men det löste sig sedan. Kan absolut rekommendera detta boende till andra.

Strandnära & mysigt område
Toppen boende nära stranden. Lån av cyklar & strandhanddukar/utrustning gjorde hotellet till ett väldigt bra val. Trafiken var lite störande men svårt att hitta boende i LA där man inte hör trafiken dygnet runt.

Supertrevlig personal. Bra med eget kök så man kunde laga enklare rätter. Området är trevligt med en bra pizzeria mitt emot och havet väldigt nära. Skönt ställe att bo på när man är i LA. Utsikten perfekt!

Väldigt trevligt hotell med underbar personal. Man behöver dock bekräfta med ett kreditkort som inte står på nätet. Samt att betalningen kunde bara göras med kreditkort. Förutom det så är det ett väldigt rent rum med trevlig personal.

Läget på hotellet var suveränt, nära till Manhattan beach och nära till restauranger. Rummen var enkla men rena och fräscha, saknade en liten balkong. Härlig vistelse överlag.

Bra hotell nära stranden men dryg backe från stranden. Väldigt lyhört! Mysiga små matställe precis intill hotellet. Om man är känslig för ljud välj inte att bo mot gatan. Rummet var mycket litet men ok för en person. Hade ingen mikrovågsugn även om det stod så i rumsbeskrivningen. Söndrig duschslang.

Hotellet låg perfekt, nära till havet, underbart område. Ca 30 min in till LA downtown. Skönt att komma ut till Manhattan beach och slappna av. Hade gärna stannat fler dagar.

Perfect for a longer family stay!
Big room, reasonably clean. Pool, although not so clean. Great location a few hundred yards from the beach! Room equipped with fridge and microwave which makes it perfect for a longer family stay. Nice pricing.

The Cottage is part of the hotel, with access to its facilities such as the swimming pool and free use of bicycles and beach equipment. Its location is excellent for restaurants and for the beach.

Nice clean place to stay and a million dollar view. Staff and owner were great and friendly. My only gripe is the blinds on the windows. They could be opened but not raised blocking the view of the ocean and there were no drapes to block the bright led light outside our bedroom window. Our 2 year old(and us) woke up at 3 am thinking it was 8 am. But overall a great place and planning to stay again soon.

Overall a good experience. Staff was friendly and accommodating. This is an old property that has been fairly well maintained. Nice view of the ocean one block back from from Row buildings. At $250 per night it is overpriced in my opinion, plus they charge an extra $20 per night to park your car...this was the one surprise I did not like. Lots of restaurants and shops in a short walking distance which was nice! I'm on the fence as to whether or not I would stay again. However, if the room rate was more reasonable I definitely would stay again.

Room 303 not worth the value
Room 303 is not worth the price that it is being offered $250 per night. Maybe $185. Although it is called Sea View this should be called back parking lot view. The room was small, in the back of the hotel and not up to quality. As soon as I turned on the shower, the handle broke. Then the Remote for the TV would not work properly. We were totally disappointed. We did upgrade the next day to a much better room on the ocean side room 206, which had a beautiful view. But considering how disappointed I was with the price and condition of room 303, I would think that they would have given me the upgrade for free instead of charging an extra $40. That would have made me a 100% satisfied customer. But here we are now with a less than stellar review. I would have raved about this place if it was not for charging me an upgrade. I do have to say that the front desk guy were nice though.

Fun inn by the beach
FANTASTIC inn right up the hill from the beach. Loved that you are able to rent a bunch of items to help you enjoy the beach all day. Only wish they would upgrade the toiletries as it’s IMPOSSIBLE to open the packets they give you.

The unit I was in was a bit beat up. Furniture was dinged, fixtures had rust on them. The toilet seat was dinged. Lots of little things that added up to giving me the impression that this facility needed a bit of a makeover. Also, the coffee maker was the size of a large water bottle, the cups were Styrofoam, coffee-mate, was the only thing offered for creamer, shampoo, and conditioner was provided in small plastic packets. You can’t get cheaper than that. The towels were clean, and soft, so I give them points for that. on the positive side, the location is excellent and Eddie at the front desk was welcoming and kind. If you can overlook the condition of the unit, you’ll have a pleasant stay. The parking is convenient, and easy, and offers In-N-Out privileges, but I wasn’t told that there would be a $20 parking fee when I made the reservation. The agent dismissed the charge. Would I stay here again? Yes, absolutely, if the price wasn’t $285 but rather $200. That’s what I think. The accommodation is worth based on travel and stays in the area.

Stayed her for a couple of nights. Front desk staff were kind, patient and helpful. The room was small but doable. Set up was a bit odd w/one bedside table only and the reading light on the opposite side of the bedside table.

Not the “Ocean View” advertised at all. Please be aware that if you request the Ocean View, you may get a nice building view instead. I was very surprised when I entered my hotel room and could only see a building in front of me. Could I see some ocean? Sure, slivers to the left and right, between buildings and trees, but nothing like what is shown online. I did ask nicely downstairs if I could get the room I paid for and the receptionist denied my request, saying I already had an ocean view and the other rooms were booked. I’m sorry but I compared what I had (second floor room, only small pockets of ocean visible) with what is advertised online (a consistent horizon line of ocean in front of you, only partially blocked by buildings) and I’m sorry but I really do think I was gypped out of what I paid for. I do think the room I had was clean, but why bother lying to people about this? Just tell them it’s an obstructed view only…I’m sure I’m not the first one to be disappointed by this and there’s still a lot of great reasons to bloom a stay here. But lying about the view? Why? If the hotel argues against this in a reply comment, I’m happy to send a photo I took from my room for anyone to compare with what’s on the website. Plain and simple: it’s false advertising.
