“Nice place nearby the nightlife of Jeffersonville. Walking distance to many places to eat and drink. House was old, but inviting. Covered front porch was a nice place to unwind or to read the morning news. Communication was excellent and check in was simple. Floors could use a good cleaning. “We were not provided the main code for the front door, fortunately, there are many very friendly individuals that work in the apartment complex that were able to help us. Definitely took a little time to remember all the different codes for the building. The security code for the apartment is time sensitive, cannot check in one minute early. The apartment itself is very nice, we loved using the pool and grills on the roof!”

“We only could only stay one night. It is a very safe place. There is also a snack bar downstairs. The place is beautiful . It was very clean and inviting. It's very close to Louisville. Dominique was so helpful when I had questions. Are only suggestions are have a few cups for coffee or tea and a few small pots. . We actually ate in Prospect we'd recommend Quarters Riverside Grill for dinner and in Jeffersonville Gretchens Kitchen for breakfast. Thanks for sharing your place”

“I enjoyed my stay and the front office staff are very friendly. The only two things to be aware of are the apartment is dusty and the cross walk beeping was a bit loud. Overall, very nice place to stay. I would stay again. Also, there was no hair dryer. I'm not sure if it was misplaced? The convenience to downtown was nice.”

“We were going to The Palace theatre for a concert and the location was perfect. We parked in the garage and walked 2 blocks to The Brown Hotel for drinks and apps, then 1 block to the Palace, and 1 block back to VRBO. Perfect!”

“Nice hotel with nice clean spacious rooms. Mildly disappointed in the check-in process. Signs on the door directed to an office across the street at another hotel that they no longer have an office in. The room wasn’t stocked with spare blankets either. Even with those two minor issues, the hotel was great. Plenty of amenities in the room. Great location and reasonable prices. ”
