“We had a fabulous stay. Rebecka was a great host and helpful before and during our stay. The location of this property is a perfect base for exploring the city. It is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and bright and airy even though it is such an old building. The bed was comfy, the shower was great and the toiletries smelled amazing. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again when we return to Lucca. Everything was perfect ”

“This hotel is actually not a hotel but a few rooms attached to the villa volpi hotel, a 10 minute steep walk up the hill. All meals and staff are found at villa volpi, there are no real facilities to speak of at suite accommodation. It's not as discribed in the information at all. In fact, we chose to upgrade for €70/night to stay at villa volpi. I would recommend villa volpi but not suite accommodation ”

“This small B and B (5 rooms) is very beautiful and the decor is artistic and elegant. So much attention to detail. My bed was so comfortable, and the shower great. I enjoyed sitting the garden when I arrived for a glass of wine and snack. It's about a five minute walk to Santa Maria gate to Centro. Maria, the owner, and Nadia, her assistant, were welcoming and attentive. ”
