Unfortunately, your review is not correct. as a first point, very unfortunately, we are unable to place photos of the condition of your room on a daily basis. We have indeed verified your room at the time of your complaint and nothing was found broken besides all the mess your left room on a daily basis. So, we are sorry, but we never ignored your comment at reception and our pictures would prove exactly the other way round. We never had guests leaving room in the conditon you left!

Thank you for your review and being on a subtropical island and considering the finding of ants is to say bad cleaning, we do not agree but of course respect your point of view.Thank you for your visit.

We are delighted you truly apreciated the room upgarde from the most basic cheap one to a Superior Sea View. For one night stay, we are sorry for your points, but roach in the room in this season? ok.... if you say so. Dirty floor when cleaning is one of the highlights of the hotel? Strangly, if this was as such, why did you not request or complain at reception? We know what was wrong which ios not at your benefit to mention here. Thank you for your visit

Dear Rachel, Thank you for your review. I'm sorry that you didn't find our hotel up to your expectations. Our buffet breakfast is quite complete and it's included in your daily rate.
