The rooms were big with all amenities. The main drawback is the area. The hotel is located just in front of a vacant lot, settled by beggars and bums. It is very close to the Chamartín railway and metro station, which is good, cause you will not want to spend any time close to the hotel. Another drawback is the treatment from the staff, simply not very friendly. Still it's an okay hotel, the rooms are fine, the price too, but it's not an ideal place from which to explore Madrid.
