Lite skumt område, stort hotell, ok frukost, rena rum. Vi fick fel rumstyp men det åtgärdades snabbt utan problem. Ok för ett transferstop...

Depressing, wouldn’t book again
The hotel itself feels like a typical grey Soviet building from the 60s. Very old and depressing with dated interior. Bed is horrendous and uncomfortable with stains on the sheets.

Needs a lot of TLC
The hotel is very off in a not so nice area. Way overpriced for the standard. The parking garage was dark and I would not go down there on my own. Room was clean but really not a 3 star standard. Needs a lot of TLC. I would not stay here again.

OK flygplatshotell
Kom efter 1800 och reste igen dagen efter kl 1100. OK för en natt, vi skulle ju flyga vidare. Hade ej valt detta flygplatshotell för ngn annan slags vistelse. Bra och riklig frukost. Shuttlebuss till flygplatsen, 8 euro per person. Taxi kostade ca 25 euro.

Nice and clean, but far out, pool not always open
Stayed at this hotel with 2 kids, age 9 and 14. The hotel was nice and clean nad we got a familyroom with 5 beds. The hotel was closed to the airport, but didn´t think the planes was much disturbance. We choose the hotel beacurse they had a indoor pool, but the pool was only open special hours. The hotel was quite far from Madrid city, it took abouy 1 hour to go to Sol metrostation, and we had to first go by bus and then by metro. The breakfast was nice!Altough it was close to the airport it took about 15 min by taxi to get there.

Övernattning i väntan på annat flyg.
Internetuppkopplingen långsam, hårda sängar. Välj hotell med fri anslutning till flygplatsen taxi kostade 28 euro enkelväg. Annars är hotellet bra. Med pool och tennisbana. Stora rum. Bra badrum och ok service.

Sen frukost, inte förrän kl. 7.30. Med mycket trafik, så behövde vi egentligen lämna hotellet tidigare för att komma i tid till avtalat möte. Nu fick vi börja senare p g a den sena frukosten.

The "hotel" is combined with a long term facility for what appeared to be migrants. Also, the transport shuttle times posted were incorrect. You only get one shot to the airport at 0730.

I only stayed at the hotel for one night. However, I really enjoyed my room. It had a living room, comfortable bed and a bathroom with the tub. Room was spotless, hotel staff were super nice. Added bonus-free shuttle to the airport. I didn’t care much for a restaurant on premises (buffet style dinner) but it didn’t matter much to me. Can’t say about area around it but definitely looked industrial. I really enjoyed my stay

Very basic airport hotel. Restaurant on site but only offers Buffett and food was very bland and cold. €18 per person for lunch was not at all worth it. Walk up the street to the Crown Plaza for a delicious burger and fries for €15 instead. Pool was closed, and no one told us. Would have booked a different hotel if we'd known. Airport shuttle was good although we only took it to the airport...we were not able to find it on arrivals and paid €27 for a taxi. Room is spacious, but furniture is very basic. Beds are not very comfortable. Ok for 1 night.

The whole experience was very meh. The room was fine, the front desk staff was competent, the vending machine coffee was surprisingly good. The neighborhood is abandoned-industrial, and the only evening food option is another hotel's restaurant. Or you can walk a kilometer away along empty overgrown lots and a freeway to get to the ONLY regular restaurant within walking distance. Oh, and it closes early, by Spain standards. The airport transport was incompetent to the point of maliciousness. After waiting AN HOUR for the driver to come back (he said he would be 15 minutes, and refused to squeeze us in the van) we ended up catching a ride with a neighboring hotel's shuttle. They were quite gracious, even though we weren't their clients. The hotel offers cheap rates, which is presumably why it primarily caters to traveling youth sports teams. The lobby was packed with teens and tweens on check-out and check-in. If you have any other options for the price, I heartily suggest you take them.

We stayed one night at the Madrid Airport Suites, because of a ridiculously early flight out the next morning. The hotel itself is nothing special -- dated facility, but clean. The restaurant was only serving buffet dinner, which had a nice variety, but the food had obviously been in the warmer for a long time. Beds were decently comfortable, and the bedding was quite nice. We really appreciated the airport shuttle, and were surprised with a bag breakfast to take with us at 3:30 in the morning. When looking for a place to sleep near Madrid airport without lots of frills, this is a great option.

Did not enjoy this stay one bit. Lots of people roaming around, unsure if they are staying there or living there but it made us feel uneasy. Not the cleanest, people aren’t friendly that work there. The place is next to nothing with one restaurant attached with limited hours of being open. They claim to offer shuttling service to local attractions (on their webpage) which isn’t the case. They claim to offer shuttling to the airport every 45 minutes however, no one there bothers to inform you that you need to reserve a spot on the shuttle so $15 euro taxi fare later, we were very happy to say goodbye to this hotel never to return again!

Buen hotel, negativo el traslado aeropuerto-hotel
El hotel está muy bien, muy limpio y las habitaciones son cómodas. El único inconveniente es el transporte del/a aeropuerto tarda mucho y tiene restringido a unas horas, que no es coincidente con las horas de los vuelos. Lo informamos al hotel y nos confirmaron que nos darían una solución para el transporte al aeropuerto y así lo hicieron, después de aclarar que habíamos enviado correo y que nos habían informado que nos darían una alternativa.
