Toppenläge, nära till allt. Lite störande ljud från gågatan in i lägenheten men sov bra ändå. Märklig planlösning med en lång smal hall med fönster som man inte kunde öppna och vädra då det antingen luktade gas eller matos. Blev lite innestängt i lägenheten därav. Men läget uppväger. Städningen av golv kunde vara lite bättre. Badrummet kändes fräsch.

Bra lägenheter i superläge!
Totalt sett är vi väldigt nöjda med helheten. Vi var 6 pers som både i två lägenheter. Det bästa är läget. Kan man bo mer centralt?

Cleanliness - poor. Toilet was dirty and it's so small and congested. The lift doesn't goes to all the floors so be mindful that you might need to carry the bags yourself. The rooms and reception are at a different locations. Rooms are not soundproof cause we heard lot of noise from the neighbour. There were hairs all over the floor, despite us requesting cleaning service there was none provided.

Das tut mir leid das ich eine schlechte Bewertung abgegeben Muss,Aber das Zimmer muss um 14:00 frei sein und ich war um 14:45 und das Zimmer wat noch nicht sauber.Das Appartement war für mich nicht gut einfach zu halt . Die dusche schrecklich Kamm kaum Wasser raus für mich nie wieder. Aber es ist sehr zentral das war dass einzige gut.

Hard to communicate with some responsable
The location is nice but overall the appartement is missing a lot of stuff the air conditioning was not working and at night it was really cold. To talk to someone or to make a complaint there’s no one you can talk to.

Viejo y sucio
Fuimos 4, 2 niños y 2 adultos. El estudio tiene 2 camas individuales y un sofa cama. El sofa cama asqueroso y estado lamentable. Tuvimos que dormir los 4 en las camas individuales. NO ESTA HABILITADO PARA 4 PERSONAS. El piso muy viejo y sucio. Lo unico bueno la situacion en Sol.

Fin de semana familia
Fui de viaje con la familia somos 2 adultos y dos niñas,no me gusto que la ducha no tiene potencia y la tapa del inodoro esta rota. El apartamento es acojedor y caliente no fue necesario la calefaccion en pleno les de diciembre.

Hola, Lorena.Gracias por tu comentario.En cuanto a la entrada el segundo día, hemos observado que el móvil que usaste para acceder estaba en modo avión Al estar activado, se desconectan los enlaces de llamadas, mensajes de texto, datos móviles, Bluetooth y Wi-Fi e impide que puedas acceder al alojamiento.En cualquier caso, también tenías disponibles los códigos para poder entrar en la appEsperamos que, a pesar de esta incidencia, tu estancia en Madrid fuera agradable.Gracias de nuevo.

The place is excellent, very strategic location, all in good conditions, only problem is everything is digitalized and my phone service provider was not available in Spain (Madrid area), customer service was helpful and guide me to solve the issue

We liked that the location was very close to the main center and that it felt like a relatively secure place to live in however the location was very hard to find at first. Additionally the sheets on the pull out couch was yellowish and looked like it had never been cleaned. Also, while there was air conditioning in the apartment, it was located where the primary bed was making that room very cold while the pull out couch/kitchen area did not get any of the AC. Finally, with the pull out couch there was barely any space to walk unless you jumped up on the couch or folded it back up Overall, not sure we would come back here again but it was an okay experience if your main goal is to be close to everything!

Claustrophobics beware
Beware, the tiniest of windows! If you suffer from claustrophobia, do not book this suite There are two very small windows, quite high from which you can barely see below. Otherwise, nice big bedrooms with two bathrooms and small lounge with a much too big tv for the distance from the pull out couch. Overall, everything needed is there but all every awkwardly configured

Aceptable si no tienes muchas pretensiones, pero justito si esperas algo de comfort. Casi sin espacio para desplegar sofá cama, había que ir moviendo la mesa cada día. Microondas sin plato giratorio, tv no smart, solo tdt. Avisamos el primer día que una silla estaba rota (una pata estaba suelta con peligro de caída) y no vinieron a arreglarla. Eso sí, con Aire acondicionado y buena localización. Pensábamos que se oiría más ruido de la calle por la noche pero con todo cerrado se dormía bien. Faltaría disponer de alguna escoba para poder barrer. En general cumple la función.

Perfettamente al centro di Madrid, ci sono tantissime cose nelle vicinanze. La comunicazione con lo staff è eccellente, sono sempre disponibili e pronti a darti una mano e risolvere i problemi. I mini appartamenti sono in un condominio di vecchia struttura ma dentro è tutto moderno. L’ascensore c’è ma sale solo ad alcuni piani poi o si scende o si sale a piedi ma le scale sono poche. Tutto molto organizzato con chiave elettronica con bluetooth e Wi-Fi, c’era anche un terrazzino che affacciava in strada da dove si vedeva tutto il centro città.

Daire oldukca merkezi bir yerde, sol de. Tüm turistik noktalara yürüyerek gidebilirsiniz. Metro çok yakın. (Hemen arka sokağında çok büyük bir süpermarket var. ) Daireye giriş için bir app indirmeniz gerekiyor. Girişi burdan yapıyorsunuz. Oldukça kolay. Telefonunuzda yada internet erisiminizde bir sorun olsa giriş çok zor olur Eski bir bina, mutfak malzemeleri sınırlı. Bizim için yeterli oldu. Kettle ve az miktarda da olsa temel yemek malzemeleri olsa (tuz, yağ, cay, kahve) iyi olurdu. Temizlik oldukça iyiydi. Çalışanlar uğrayıp birşeye ihtiyacımız olup olmadığını sordu. Çöpü aldılar. Kaldığımız dairenin yatak odası penceresi havalandırma boşluğuna bakıyordu. Geceleri klima motor sesi olduğunu düşündüğümüz bir ses çok rahatsız ediciydi. Uyumakta zorlandık. Yeri cok merkezi olduğu için sokakta gece sabaha kadar gürültülüydu. Fakat diğer ses kadar rahatsız edici değildi. Camı kapatınca fazla duyulmuyordu. Seste uyuyamiyorsaniz tercih etmemenizi öneririm. Sırf bu nedenle tekrar kalacağımı düşünmüyorum. Bunun dışında herşey olumluydu.

The first day of our journey we complained about that the kitchen, the light of the bed and the TV didn't work. No one has come throughout the stay. No cleaning room in four day although it was expected once and no change towels!!

If you prefer that we do not do it or you have any special cleaning request, you can contact us by WhatsApp at +34 638 81 83 56 indicating the Address of the accommodation and the Apartment Number.After the confirmation, Cleaning Team provides what client has been asking for. If the Cleaning Team dint do during your stay, were sorry for all the inconveniences this may had caused you.

Appartment was big and clean. Location was super as it was in the middle of the center. Using an app on your telephone as a key for builing and room is super so you don't have to worry about your loose key/card. I will recommend this appartment if you need a room in the middle of the center.

L'emplacement est idéal, à deux pas de la puerta del sol. L'hébergement est spacieux et bien équipé malgré un ménage peu minutieux. Le seul point négatif est le système d'application à télécharger à l'arrivée pour pouvoir ouvrir les portes de l'immeuble et de l'appartement (car pas de clés) qui nécessite un mail avec un code que j'ai reçu que tard après notre arrivée..
