Modernt, rent och omtänktsamt
Hade en härlig vistelse tack vare den mycket hjälpsamma personalen som visade en personlig omtanke för mig som gäst. Mycket rent och med en modern känsla. Spa-delen hade pool och ångbastu men kändes lite tråkig när man var ensam. Antagligen trevligare om man är två.

Room did not have A/C despite it being advertised. Very noisy area, our bedroom faced an outdoor bar which closed at 2 am during the weekend. Hotellet är fint i övrigt.

Great weekend
Very nice hotel and service. Truly 5 star! Only thing is that in Spain it doesn't seem to be any toilet brushes. Which is a bit weird at a hotel that cater to other cultures. Only place in the world I seen this is India. But they got a hose and high pressure water to clean the touilet with. Asked in reception about this and they promised to get one. But never did. So had to buy one myself because I think it's mandatory to be able to clean the toilet after usage. However everything else was so nice that I don't want it to impact my rating in the whole picture. Just didn't know Spanish people have lower standards than India when it comes to toilets ;)

Perfekt!
Fantastiskt hotell men perfekt gångavstånd till centrum. Trevlig personal. Det enda negativa är att jag gärna vill ha en kvälls städning med fräscha handdukar och bäddad säng, det brukar alltid vara så när man bor i en svit men tyvärr inte här.

Topp skick men tråkig omgivelse
Nytt hotell med 5 stjärnig service. Picolos och concierge servicen som jag oftar använder mig av vid vistelse var utmärkt. Den enda anmärkningen är att det ligger i ett område som är rätt tråkigt. En byggnadsplans vid sidan om (som faktist inte stör).

The hotel just opened so it feels very fresh, crispy and new in a good way, interior is chic and warm, building beautiful. Spa is very aesthetical appealing to the eye. The bar/lobby area is also very nicely decorated, but it is not the type of bar that gets busy (at least during the weekend when we stayed there), it was probably only one couple having a drink. The location is good, a street away there are a couple of restaurants and the Salamanca area is 10 min walking away approximately. Compared to many other 5 star hotel in Madrid I think this location is better.

This is an amazing hotel, and the staff does their best to give you the best experience. The room was really comfortable. I would return to this hotel. I enjoyed the piano time and breakfast. I only had a poor experience at the hotel restaurant over dinner, which did not match the expectations created by the high-quality hotel. I suggest looking outside for dinner.

It was my second stay with URSO and if I am ever back in Madrid it will be where I stay again. There is something very special about the hotel from the decor (absolutely in love with the lobby/lounge area filled with fresh flowers & beautiful ceramics) to the staff service. The little touches they provide in the room, from turn down service to sweets on your last night. I will recommend all my friends & family to stay here if they are ever in Madrid. It truly was the best part of our vacation & they even accommodated our early check in since we came in on a red eye flight & had been traveling all night long. Love the live piano nights & having tea in the lounge. My massage in the spa was lovely. Would recommend just that they elevate the buffet breakfast options, other than that everything was perfect!

Perfect hotel in the middle of Madrid
This hotel was absolutely perfect, the service was phenomenal, the location was great, the rooms were exceptionally comfortable. I couldn't recommend it more.

Luxurious Stay
A gorgeous jewel box of a hotel in a great neighborhood of Madrid. The service is fantastic, the amenities are beautiful, and the room was super comfortable. There is a lot of attention to detail in this hotel. We were sorry we only were able to stay for one night!

Poor value for money and dreadful experience
URSO is overrated and therefore poor value for money. Check-in was appalling - staff was rude, untrained and unhelpful. We weren’t even greeted. Asked for them to make a restaurant reservation for us and they did not even think to ask us for the restaurant name! The shower cubicle is very small for the size of the bathroom with a very awkward switch for the shower and overhead shower. The shower head was placed directly facing the door so any unsuspecting guest would have water sprayed all over themselves and the bathroom. There are much options in Madrid; certainly options that are much much better value for money. The only positive thing was the massage was good but even then the spa facilities are laughable for a hotel with spa in its name.

Our hotel stay was genuinely exceptional. Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Krikop (I hope I have his name correct). He not only assisted with our bags but also placed them in our room while we completed the check-in process. Liz at the bar was truly wonderful, providing some excellent recommendations. I looked forward to seeing her every time I visited for a cocktail. The receptionists were gems; they kindly gave my son a puzzle and some coloring pencils and a book. We requested a crib as soon as we arrived, and it was promptly delivered. Room service was fabulous and greatly enhanced our unpacking and settling-in experience. Housekeeping left a lasting impression; it was possibly the best service I've ever seen. Although I usually stay at Marriott properties due to my job, my family and I made an exception and truly loved our stay here. Despite some light construction noise in the morning, the overall experience was so delightful that we didn't mind the noise. Each night, we received a thoughtful letter about the weather and a treat. When it was pouring outside, a bellman kindly allowed me to use his umbrella so I could cross the street and grab some coffee. I don't remember his name, but I believe he was from Venezuela. The neighborhood is fantastic, with an array of local restaurants, cafes, and a kids' playground to enjoy.

We really liked everything about this hotel: the majestic feeling when you enter the hotel through the stairs, the beautifully designed reception and lounge area, the modern and quite big rooms, the convenient location! The only thing I dont like is the lighting in the reception and lounge area. It is very dark . Apart from that totally recommendable

Property is new and looks sharp, amenities are good, the spa is gorgeous and well run. This facility does not honor VIP access from Expedia, they will claim they are full. The bar is empty, the restaurant is empty, the lobby have very occasional people that hangs out and at the spa, I met only 3 couples on different occasions on different times the entire time we were there. We were given a room for handicap and that was not pleasant and they were not transparent about it upon our check in. We mentioned our VIP access and again they refuse to honor it claiming they are full. Otherwise, its alright, it could have a great potential to give their patrons a memorable experience.
