“Came to the Woodlands to visit a sick friend in the hospital there. The property manager was empathetic and responsive. Allowed us another hour to check out due to storms in the area. Manager is very good to work with. We felt good to have such a nice, comfortable place to stay during an otherwise trying time.”

You never gave checking details or nothing I was left stranded in Houston because of him I don’t recommend booking with him at all. “To start with..The yard when you walk in is a mess, the hot water was barely warm, left over food in the freezer and fridge that needed also to be wiped down, the toilet and tub needs replaced was all orange, there was no toilet paper, no shower curtain, be careful on the rugs they skip so easy.”
