"Not 5 star feeling/service in hotel. Minibar cooler didnt work, warm drinks. Smart tv didnt work. Bathroom was too cold, couldnt adjust temperature. Nothing special in this 5 star hotel spa and pool. Food was good and people working at restaurants/bar and reception were nice and kind."

"Stayed here with my grandmother & we were very pleased with our stay. Cozy, clean and spacious apartment. We received complimentary transportation to & from airport. The hospitality is amazing, everyone here is so kind and made our stay even better! Highly recommend."

"Absolutely amazing hotel!! Best service we ever received on a hotel. Personal helped ous with transfers to & from airport aswell as helping out with restaurant recommendations and daily pickup from the beach! Highly recommend this and will stay here if i visit montenegro again!! :)"
