We are very sorry to read that your experience wasnt good enough. The DELUXE OR JUNIOR SUITE rooms are the ones with a nespresso + ketlle, besides a bathrobe and slippers. The STANDARD rooms only have a kettle with teas and instant coffee. All rooms have complimentary water.All rooms have A/C, there are no fans..
