En liten pärla att återkomma till
Fantastiskt litet hotell mitt i Soller. 12 rum endast vilket gör att det är lugnt och fridfullt. Från att man kliver över tröskeln till dess att man checkar ut är allt perfekt, rummet (vi bokade superior), frukosten, servicen, ja allt utom att det inte finns någon parkering i närheten. Runt hörnet Finn Can Pinxto med stadens bästa mat, torget med dess puls och kaféer och tåget till hamnen (och till Palma). Vi kommer definitivt att återvända

Charming stay in Sóller
Fantastic stay in an old house, just next to the centre of Sóller. We were welcomed by Mike at the front of the hotel, and we were fascinated of the impressive interior of this old house. The room and the bathroom were spacious and provided with all the facilities you could ask for. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was extremely tasty, and we were charmed by the attention of the friendly staff. This is probably the best scrambled egg I’ve ever had.

One of the best hotels I've every stayed at
Fantastic stay at a fantastic hotel! Lovely, cozy atmosphere at a small hotel that feels personal and intimate while still giving plenty of space and privacy. Staff are friendly, helpful and highly professional, the hotel is beautifully designed with understated luxury and a fantastic pool area. Not to mention located in a lovely setting in beautiful Sóller.

Hotellvärdinnan Tania och hennes medarbetare var oerhört vänliga, trevliga och omtänksamma! Hotellet som sådant är i bästa skick med utmärkt läge och parkeringsmöjlighet. En upplevelse!

En pärla på Mallorca
Fint litet hotell i historisk byggnad. Rymliga rum och badrum med fin utsikt över bergen. Bra läge i Soller. Trevligt poolområde och fantastiskt hjälpsam personal som tipsade om restauranger och utflykter.

Stora, härliga rum med mycket känsla. Hela hotellet har en grym ambiance och servicenivån är hög och personlig.

Hade fyra underbara nätter på hotellet. Kanonläge med någon minut gångväg till torget. Varm och välkomnande personal som bjöd på cava och gjorde allt för att vår vistelse skulle bli bra. Litet men mysigt poolområde. Fräsch o mycket god frukost. 160 cm sängar, liten miss. Mycket trevligt hotell och personal.

Fabulous stay!
Wonderful hotel near the main square! The rooms are a good size and the pool is amazing. Breakfast was great and the staff were very helpful and friendly! There is a fantastic restaurant right around the corner called Ca’n Pintxos that we also found! I would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends visiting the area!

Lovely hotel.
Really nice adult only hotel. All personnel were very friendly and extremely accommodating. The room we had was outstanding and the location was perfect being only a couple of blocks from the city center. We will be back.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of the city!
This hotel is fabulous! The staff was wonderful, and the room was stunning. The pool area is perfect after a long day of exploring and the breakfast is delicious. The hotel sits on a very quiet street. Therefore, we slept soundly and woke up refreshed. We will definitely stay at this hotel when we return to Soller in the future!

The Perfect Little Find!
Beautiful old town house, renovated to a wonderful standard yet keeping the features of the building. Every member of staff we came across was beyond helpful so we won't be mentioning names - all fab!! Excellent breakfast buffet and freshly cooked eggs etc. to your choice was a lovely touch. The situation of L'Avenida is perfect, literally a couple of minutes walk to the square with the bars and restaurants and the same in in the other direction to the bus station . A lovely 40 minute stroll to Port Soller, or jump the trolley, and the beach. We don't want to share this wonderful little gem of a hotel with anyone as we will definitely be back!!!

This is a beautiful hotel in Soller. Service was amazing! Worth mentioning Matthew, that went above and beyond to provide a 5-star customer service. Our room was beautiful and bed was super comfortable. Well located! Highly recommend this property!

Highly recommended! Beautiful, cozy & charming.
The stay was superb. The staff was helpful and welcoming, helping us with tips and suggestions before our arrival. The room was spacious, full of light and comfortable. The hotel is beautiful, quiet and charming. I have gluten intolerance and they went an extra mille to make sure I was cater accordingly. Thank you for making our weekend so special!

Lovely boutique hotel in central Soller
My friend and I had a lovely stay at L'Avenida. A really lovely boutique hotel where the staff couldn't do enough for you. Breakfast is served by the pool in the morning and there were some really nice things on the buffet. The room was spacious and had a lovely comfy bed. Parking is in the street or in the parking lot to the right just before the hotel and you do have to pay in the week days. However the staff sorted out the ticket for us - so very nice. Can only highly recommend and hope I will be back one day.

This is a superb boutique hotel. Staff are absolutely wonderful from first light to last. Great central location, great decor, great breakfast and great spacious rooms. Paid self-parking lot is across the road and front desk will take care of dealing with the permit for you. Can't praise it enough.
