Nice girl in reception, hotel have ok standard. But beds are not good comfort. I am tall and bed was not for 190cm. Impossible to sleep, noice everywhere

The worst hostel I have seen
The hostel is dirty, the receptionist isn't friendly. My room was very very dirty and had bad smell, they don't have control about the beds, in my room 3 beds was free and they didn't know. The bathroom is clean once per day, and is about 30 people using it.

Estimado cliente, gracias por su mensaje. Estamos contentos que le ha gustado la limpieza. El ascensor sólo va hasta la primera planta ya que allí tenemos una habitación para gente con movilidad reducida. Un saludo, URBAN HOSTEL

Ich habe in diesem Hostel wirklich coole Leute kennengelernt. Die Sauberkeit ist trotzdem nicht genügend und das Hostel würde eine Renovierung brauchen.

Typisk ungt publikum, som tog godt imod mig på 50 år, de unge på hostel har en fed indstilling til social ansvarlighed i praksis.

Tranquilo, económico y bien ubicado.
Su ubicación me ha permitido ir andando a todo el casco antiguo de la ciudad. Las salas comunes permiten relacionarse con los otros huéspedes, desconectar, descansar... Todo un acierto. Hay que tener claro que es hostal, no un hotel.

Un poco incómodo, debido a que estaban casi al 100 de ocupación, no me pudieron prestar un cobertor y era una noche fría. Tambien, las literas al ser de tres bases, son im tanto inestables. Por otro, lado agradezco que me hayan recibido después de su horario de cierre.

There's nothing nice about it!
Where to start? The only good thing was that most of the staff where friendly. Triple bunks which are more than unstable (makes you seasick when somebody is moving). The sink in the dorm has not a single time been cleand in a week, not possible to lock the bathroom and they are mixed gender. There's muld in the bathroom, the toilets aren't clean and it was the worst breakfast ever. Toast, margarine, diet jam and when your lucky you can get some sort of fresh cheese. Not enough seating spaces for breakfast either. Instant coffee and mostly no normal milk, soya and lactose free one available and some cornflakes . In the same building but next entrance is a child nursery for baby's and toddlers, I like kids but when you are on holiday and you get woke up permanently through the night through 14 other roommates and in the morning through 20 crying kids, your more than exhausted after a week! the vending machines aren't working either so you have to make sure that you always have drinks and snacks in the hostel. I also couldn't log in to the WIFI most of the time. Location is not bad though but I'd never stay there again and I clearly can't recommend it!

The hostel was out of bedsheets and blankets so I had to sleep directely on the mattress without protection and I was freezing at night

The hostel is a good value for money. I boooked 4 bed dorm but ended up having 5 people on it. Breakfast was alright but doent start till 9am, which is a normal time for them but unfortunately I missed 2 days cause had to leave at 8:30am. The reception wasnt too helpful, cause few questions I had they couldnt asnwer but once i google it found out about it.

Es un albergue ,que fue un convento.Las instalaciones son nuevas.Con lo cual para ir de paso esta bien.Hay literas y tu te tienes q hacer el desayuno.Esta ubicado en una plaza y oyes las horas del reloj de la iglesia ,pero esta cerca de comercios y bares.Si buscas lujos y comodidad este no es tu alojamiento. Es economico en plan estudiantes o jovenes que no quieren/pueden gastar mucho.

Okay Hostel i Palma
Urban Hostel Palma var okay! Jeg boede der en weekend, toilletterne var ikke gjort ordentligt rene. Vinduerne på værelset var ikke tætte, så der var træt om natten! Hostlets personale var søde og imødekommende. Hostlet ligger ikke særlig centralt i Palma, men er okay hvis man ikke har noget imod en lille gåtur

Schlechtes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!
Auf den Bildern ansprechend fotografiert, entspricht jedoch nicht der Realität! Winzige Zimmer (bei Doppelzimmer), keine Abstellfläche für Gepäck, dreckige Bettwäsche, einfachstes Frühstück mit "Zwieback" anstatt Brot oder Toast. Einzigster Pluspunkt: Lage in Santa Catalina-hipper Stadtteil von Palma

Friendly and welcoming
The hostel was clean and met our expectations and needs. The reception staff was friendly and welcoming. We recommend it to everyone in need of affordable accommodations within easy reach of the centre of Palma. Perhaps would have appreciated greater sinks in the shower rooms but that is a detail.

Think twice
In summer, rooms are HOT, humid. NO fans, breeze, or AC. NOBODY in my room slept the entire stay! We sweated ALL night. The bunk beds are flimsy, unstable, and make a noise either climbing up the ladder or just moving slightly. It felt like the beds could break and crash to the floor at any time. Not enough power outlets, nowhere to place anything (shelves, hooks, nooks, etc.). Showers are NOT private or lockable: they are co-ed!! Nearly see-through curtains too. Nowhere to hang or put stuff in the toilets or any rooms -- like a simple hook or shelf to keep stuff off floor. You hear everything in the building. Rest of the place is very pretty. There's a nice computer desk, and kitchen and hang out area which are nice, but that's the best. The staff was VERY nice despite it all, a bit disorganized, but very kind. You may or may not get a locker in your room, or someone might already be using it. Far too $$ for the quality, but OK if you're stuck and it's NOT summertime (or you like sleeping in your own sweat).

terrible place
I stayed there for one night. It was difficult to find. And it looks far different that i saw in the pictures. And i arrived there around 2 pm but i couldnt check in .. Because they only work after 5 pm. but most terrible thing was i left my tommy hilfiger jean jacket so i try to contanct them but its not working.the phone only answer by auto machine so i left my message about my jacket but they never answer me. I sent email but they never check the mail.

Excellent qualité // prix
Urban Palma est un super hostel, bien localisé (juste 15 minutes à pied de la cathédrale), avec des bons restaurants juste à coté. Le personnel est bien sympa et gentil, toujours disponible pour aider.

Nos ha estropeado las vacaciones!!!!!!
La unica cosa positiva: los chicos de la recepción son super amables y simpaticos, siempre dispuestos a ayudar como pueden! Por lo demás: Una PESADILLA!! Es el infierno! Le daba el sol todo el día y no hay aire acondicionado! Viajo mucho y he estado en muchos hostales, pero esta ha sido una de las experiencias peores que he tenido: Hemos tenido que dormir con la puerta abierta, así como todo los demas... todo el mundo (incluido gente mas mayor) durmiendo en bragas y con la puerta abierta de par en par No hubo mujer de la limpieza en todo el finde (el hostal estaba completamente lleno) y la verdad que se notaba!! Confort 0: Habia solo un enchufe en la habitación que claramente estaba dedicado al ventilador osea que nos hemos quedado casi siempre sin carga en el movil. En los lavabos no hay jabón para lavarse las manos y para el papel higienico hace falta hacer una caza al tesoro en todos los lavabos. Volviendo de la playa con las toallas mojadas, no hay ni un perchero para colgarlas. Osea, resumiendo: en la habitación no hay nada mas que las camas y un enchufe y el precio es de hotel de primera!!! Palma muy bonita, pero volver al hostal era de verdad una pesadilla!! Absolutamente desaconsejado!

excellent hostel
Went there when the hostel was four weeks old. Really good service, clean, the bathroom was great. The adjustment i cann think of would be to install proper airco equipment, because at night it was very hot, so we coouldn't sleep

Hôtel refait à neuf mais chambre non climatisée, sans ventilateur. Parties communes propres mais durant notre seule nuit : coupure d'eau du soir au matin nous empêchant de nous doucher, de nous laver les dents et d'aller aux toilettes...
