The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. However, I was disappointed with the in room dining service. I found coir rope in my tabouleh which I believe is used to tie the parsley leaves. It was clear that the food was not prepared according to the hygiene standards. This made me question the cleanliness of the kitchen and the hygiene...

“Great stay, staff are brilliant & friendly and really helpful. One of the pools was closed which I wasn't aware when I made the booking but it wasn't much of a problem for us. Only negative for me is that if you have allergies or dietary requirements then they struggle to cater, The coffee shop didn't have any options for us and no alternative milk to dairy either. I had to check every item and list everything as many of the stuff didn't understand what Vegan was and my children have allergies...
