Half furnished?
Upon check-in I was given a room that where lacking part of the furniture...not the best start to explain to the reception that the room was "half furnish". Eventually got another room, but I think this just show lack of control and client focus

Hotellet ligger perfekt för en vistelse i Manchester. När tram, tåg, pubar o restauranger. Härlig pool och jättefin bar med utsikt på 23:e våningen. Stora rum med sköna sängar.

Superfint hotell med närhet till city. Bra komunikationer med tåg från Deansgate och gratis buss utanför hotellet.

Great stay in Manchester
Stayed at Hilton Deansgate for one night in business. Strongly recommended. Top standard and great staff, very service minded. Felt welcomed and important. The hotel is also located 2 minutes walking distance to a tram station which can take you to different places in Manchester if you'd like.

Expensive wifi?
Modern and nice. Perfect location and clean. However have to pay for Wi-Fi which I think from a expensive Hilton hotell is just plane bad. It's 2017 and you get free WiFi at McDonald's yet not here? Something I would expect from a cheap hotell not the Hilton

Snyggt och bekvämt hotell med bra läge.
Hotellet ligger alldeles intill av och påstigning av tunnelbanan till och från Flygplatsen. Billigt att åka till och från även om det tog nästan en timme. Bara någon minut med den in till shoppingcentret.

Great hotel, great loaction, but showing its age!
This is the third time visiting the Hilton in Deansgate purely due to it location. good access to the town centre cinema and therates nearby. Parking is in near-by car park with is an extra cost but with the 15% vlidation takes the sting off that. The hotel itself is excellent with friendly staff, good breakfast and fantastic views. this time we had access tot he executive lounge and that is an excellent place to rest up with a coffee or a beer in the evening and admire the view of Manchester. The issue we noticed is that it is getting a little bit dated and worn now, and it is begining to show. Like cracked tiles in the bathrooms, marked wallpaper, mouldy smelling carpets, so in my eyes for a hotel at this level it is tiem to start with some refurbishments in the rooms.

The hotel foyer is beautiful and feels luxe. We stayed in a double room that had a stunning view of the city and out into the countryside. The room had a huge bath and powerful shower over this and the water was always piping hot. The breakfast was good... Not amazing... Not extraordinary... But good. The pool area and hot tub were lovely and relaxed and super clean. It's a long pool but not a wide one so it got very busy very quickly on Saturday as you might expect. The staff throughout the hotel were polite and welcoming and very sweet but I would expect that in any establishment to be honest. My honest review: you are paying more to stay in the hotel because of the views and the cloud bar and the reputation that holds. Were the rooms or the breakfast any better than a premier inn plus? No.. I wouldn't say so. Also the carpark just opposite is absolutely extortionate. We stayed for two days and it was £40 with the voucher discount code from the hotel applied. That is on me though as I got my information mixed and thought it was £9 for 24hrs with hotel discount. If you want to experience the hotel... Visit the cloud bar and book into the pool privately as a non guest. There are cheaper and equally nice places to stay. Good, bit not excellent for £210 per night (with breakfast).

Leisure facilities add that extra bit of luxury to a city visit and the on site parking is a bonus. All the staff particularly the concierge were extremely helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again for future visits.

The hotel was a very considerable cost for one night and so expected perfection, we found our room to be tired and so did my family who had a room on another floor. The lighting was so low even with my glasses on I had trouble focusing. Definitely needed brighter lighting. Breakfast was very nice but again I felt I couldn’t see the cereal, nuts etc the lighting was too subdued. Most hotels of a certain standard at least serve pots of tea/coffee to your table. This is not a budget hotel, I felt for the cost improvement could be made. Staff were friendly and polite.

I've given 5star overall rating, so won't go into great detail about the positives. However, there was one thing that rubbed me the wrong way was a security guard meeting you and asking to show a pass when you come back late at night. At a five star hotel this should be handled a more sofisticated way.

Can't really fault the room. Spacious, clean, nice view for what was a lovely weekend stay. My only complaint is we were told before arrival we would get a discount if we used the NCP Great Northern car park. Upon checking out, we were told that wasn't possible and we ended up paying full whack. Had we known, we would have used a different (cheaper) car park. Ended the weekend on a slightly sour note.

Had a nice stay all in all but the hotel room was looking a little tired, stains on carpet and chairs and furniture and woodwork looked a little battered. Also no teabags supplied in room, only supplied one toilet roll, and the shower gel was empty. Breakfast was excellent and enjoyed our visit to Cloud23 Bar. Could not fault the stay aside from the condition of the room.

The breakfast is perfect. The view of the hotel is breathtaking. It is very close to the city centre, and there's a discount for parking at the NCP car park nearby. It's a very comfortable stay.

A nice relaxing stay!
All the staff were lovely, especially the lady working in the club lounge on Thursday night and the guy that checked us in! The room was clean and had an amazing view. We enjoyed having complimentary drinks and snacks in the club lounge. The hot tub was really nice and all the facilities were clean. It’s in a great location, close to the car park, bars and restaurants.
