Dear Nick, Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your disappointment regarding your recent visit.I'm sorry to hear that, on this occasion, you couldn't enjoy a peaceful night due to the disturbance caused by the trainline nearby.All our rooms are fitted with double glazing windows and complimentary ear plugs are available at Reception. Sadly, this wasn't sufficient to you.May I also point out that some of our rooms are facing the back of our hotel and tend to be quieter.
