I like this place. Airport close, not a lot of services nearby really but jeepney trip to Parkmall is simple. Good security too. Clean and surprisingly quiet. Bathroom fittings a bit messed up taps/ bidet/ shower/ tiles/ plug could all be fixed but you gets what ya pay for . And price is excellent.

I order a room on the second floor the first night and they gave me the third floor. I thought I ordered wrong so I let it be because I was to tired from traveling. I had to paid more for being on the second floor. The second time I booked the hotel I made sure I booked the second floor because this location has no elevators. When I checked in they gave me the third floor saying I booked the third not the second. I had to show them proof that I booked the second floor and they have to call their manager before they were willing to give me the room I rightfully booked. They should have done it right the first time and not make the same mistake the second especially when I paid more for the second floor.

The floor in the bathroom leaked water when you stepped on tiles. There was no blanket even though it said bedding provided. There were ants in my bed. The deadbolt to get on the balcony wouldn’t open because there was nothing to open it with. The view super early in the morning was beautiful!

Friendly people however the unit had many issues. Aircon didnt work properly, same for hot water and toilet stopped working. Staff never cleaned the room. Close to airport and cheap though

Service- excellent Location- excellent Cleanliness- excellent Room - nice with ref & micro very important. Only a couple of issues I had/ the bldg. water and the position of the bed. Although I don’t drink the water, I still tasted the saltiness when I brushed my teeth and when using the shower. And the bed was just not positioned right. Other than that it’s conveniently located close to transportation and the airport. 3 out of 5

The utensils are dirty, you can even see the dirt. The water shower is so slow, you can barely take a shower. You can't control the AC coz it's at the upper window. The only good thing in this place is that this place has real human being working. The staff are so nice kind hearted very helpful. I love the Filipinos. I'm hoping they are paid well.

Good location and good internet connection. The receptionists are very hospitable. There are two? security guard so very safely. It has also a balcony the view was nice.

2 hours after I checked-in, the AC started to sound like airplane taking off. I called the front desk and right away got different room. But 2 hours later this Air conditioning unit started to sound very loud also. I was too tired to move so decided to turn A.C. off. But guess what? A.C. controller turns TV on! In the morning there was no hot water for the shower. And I don’t know why they call this place Copenhagen. They use only IKEA furniture.

The bed is a bit disoriented in reference to the TV set (-). Good internet connection (+). The receptionists are very hospitable and they allow early check-in without any additional charges (+).
