Super bra
Ett mycket bra hotel i centrum av Manilla och Manilla bay. Hotellet håller en mycket bra standard Rummen är stora och bekväma. All personal på alla avdelningar håller en mycket hög servicenivå. Frukostbuffén håller en högstandard med ett stort utbud av goda saker. Poolområdet är bra. Vi är super nöjda med detta hotell och kommer åter i november Rekommenderas varmt

Detta hotel har mycket bra service, men man får vara beredd att betala en del. Hotellet ligger vid Manila bay med närhet till shoppingmallen Robinson Plaza. Rummen är rymliga ned sköna sängar. Hotellet har 2 restauranger. En bufferestsurang och en japansk restaurang. Frukostbuffén består av både västerländska och asiatiska inslag. På 27 våningen finns en bar med storslagen utsikt över Manila. Här kan man även äta tapas. Hotellet har ett litet gym samt en trevlig utomhuspool. Bankomat finns på hotellet.

Lyx på ytan men inget speciellt innanför skalet!
Ett lyxhotell på ytan men inte uppdaterat sedan sjuttiotalet i rummen. Toaletthållare m.m. höll på att lossna i rummet, strömbrytare som låter och gnistrar. Personalen kändes mycket stressad och frukostmatsalen var alldeles gör underdimensionerad för antal gäster på hotellet vilket resulterade i att vi fick äta frukost i loungen istället. Poolen var kall och rätt tråkig. Bodde på liknande 5-sjärnigt hotell någon vecka innan och rekommenderar Sofitel framför Diamond.

Härlig vistelse
Fint och bra hotell. Trevligt poolområde, maten såg väldigt god ut (åt inte dock), otroligt vänlig och trevlig personal. Lite nedgånget i vissa delar av hotellet. Men annars super! Jättesköna sängar!

Overpriced and need renovation
Hotellet har haft sin storhetstid och är omodernt, slitet och överprisat. Frukosten är kvantitet framför kvalité och det känns opersonligt. Rummen är stora och tysta, men Sängarna är hårda. Området är präglat av sexklubbar och snabbmatsrestauranger.

It needs to renovate
The outside area of the hotel is wonderful, green space and ahead of the sea, the room is clean, but the buildings are very old, I guess it doesn't renovated since it built, I saw many rooms, the condition of the rooms and furniture is from seventeenth.

Nice service. Customer service was amazing. All employees were great, however, there seems to be areas for improvement in the organisation for the management team... Breakfast was absolutely packed. Massive queue and no space for guests in the sitting area....

Great hotel walking distance to US Embassy was under 10 minutes. Buffet for breakfast was amazing and reasonable. Close to lots of stuff.
