“The hotel is very clean! Staff are kind & friendly. Rooms are nice & modern. Beds were comfy. Property is nice. We had a main floor room and could hear the people upstairs every move. It was quite loud. I swear they were re-arranging furniture and dragging it across the floor. We could hear them talking & laughing too so not much "sound privacy" ”
