Perfekt boutique hotell med bra läge.
Toppenfint hotell med skybar och pool högst upp. Poolen på första plan användes inte, kanske för att solen inte kom till. Fina rymliga rum, med härlig balkong. Gångavstånd till det mesta, bra restauranger inom räckhåll och även in till gamla sta’n. Så skönt att bo en bit från Medinan. Sköna sängar, påfyllning av vatten varje dag. Mycket bra Hammam i källarplan på hotellet. Mycket vänlig och hjälpsam personal på hotellet.

Ett fräscht boutiquehotell i lugnt men centralt läge. 2 härliga pooler- en roof top pool med bar. Fin och generös frukost.

Fint hotell med bra läge
Vi valde airport-transfer, så vid utgången stog en trevlig man och väntade på oss för körning till hotellet. Vi betalade 170dh för detta. Vi hade bokat ett deluxe rum men när vi väl kom in i rummet var det till vår stora besvikelse så var rummet mörkt, inga speglar fanns i rummet och balkongen var mot gatan. Enligt vår bokning skulle vi ha ett större rum med balkong mot poolen. Vi gick ner till receptionen och framförde vår besvikelse, efter mycket om och men lyckades vi byta rum till ett som matchade vår bokning. I övrigt var personalen mycket trevliga och tillmötesgående. Läget är kanon med gångavstånd till det mesta centrala.

poorly organized reception , I wanted to change 500kr the receptionist made a mistake when I return to the hotel in the evening when I return to the hotel in the evening, I had a conversation with a man from the reception with an arrogant attitude and wondering how much I had to change, I was shocked and badly treated really I answered I do not remember because it's not my job is the receptionist, it is not acceptable to treat customers like this , it really touches my heart, I have to pay to be badly treated

Härligt hotell - bra service - närhet till stan
Bra hotell, bra pris ~15 min med taxi från flygplatsen och ~20 min gångväg till Old Town. Hotell och service var superbra, fantastiska sängar. Mycket trevlig och serviceinriktad personal. Fin frukost - mysig uppdukning av tappas på kvällen, som dessutom ingick i priset. Bara att beställa något gott Marrokanskt vin eller dyl till. Härligt Hammambad på bottenvåningen. Litet minus - bokade guide på hotellet. Guiden Mohammed var mycket trevlig och bra och vi såg många trevliga byggnader och platser, MEN tyvärr så hamnade man i affärer på slutet som givetvis guiden hade provission i. När man sedan gick runt själv och såg samma saker som man då hade fått superbra priser på från början och dessutom hade prutat en del på själv - så hade man i alla fall blivit ganska mycket lurad:( Tycker nog att hotellet borde checka detta lite bättre - det är så lätt att bli lurad tyvärr. Men totala upplevelsen var superbra++++

Great hotel at Perfect location, safe neighbourhood and shoe taxi ride or 20 minute pleasant walk to the busy central square. Room was clean and well equipped. The restaurant and the roof top terrace are fantastic.

Hade en fantastiskt fin semester! Personalen var så trevliga och serviceinriktade. Fint och rent hotell. Bra område för barn. Inte långt att gå till Medinan. Det enda som var negativt var att det inte var uppvärmd bassäng. Men det var det inte på något hotell i Marrakesh.

Enastående hotell. Enastående vänlig och tillmötesgående personal. Väldigt prisvärt. Det bästa hotellet vi bott på sedan länge när vi ställer kvalitet i förhållande till pris. Borde varit betydligt dyrare. Det enda negativa var alla duvorna som drack vatten och sannolikt gjorde ifrån sig i den nedre poolen och att det luktade avlopp i rummet emellanåt, kom sannolikt från luftkonditioneringen. The wifi was really bad, we used the hotspot from one of the phone's sim cards the whole time. The breakfast was included in our room so when we got a room door tag that offered breakfast in the room for an additional service charge for delivery we decided to order it. When it arrived, it turns out it was 49 euro for the two of us. When I inquired as to why the breakfast was charged if it was included they said because it was a la carte instead of coming to get it in the buffet in the dining area. I spoke with the front desk because the breakfast ordering card only said there was a fee for delivering the food to the room, it had no prices listed for "a la carte" and it wasn't mentioned anywhere on the card. It definitely felt a little shady so wouldn't recommend getting breakfast brought to the room. There is much cheaper and better food at cafes nearby. The hotel was clean and all the staff were nice. We got pedicures at the spa that definitely weren't worth the 30 euros (whole pedicure was really short and quick, no massage on the foot or legs) so if you're used to spa pedicures in the USA its not at all like that. The pool view was nice, pool itself was freezing so we didn't get to swim. All in all, glad we picked the hotel for the location and we wouldn't mind staying here again (minus the spa, wifi, and breakfast).

This is a very good hotel to stay at. It's well located in a safe and nice area of Marrakech. They offer a great breakfast which was included in our plan. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars to them is because our room located on the 5th floor was noisy at nights as they have a lounge/roof top club, so it was hard to have a good sleep. We asked for change for they didn't have room available. Other than that our experience was very good.

Excelente hotel, moderno y con todas las comodidades. Situado a 5 minutos a pie de Gueliz y a 15 de Djeema Lfnaa. Las habitaciones son muy espaciosas y con camas comodísimas. Tiene un lounge en sexta planta, con una pequeña piscina, vistas impresionantes, buena música y personal atento. El restaurante en la planta baja impresionante. Buena comida, buen servicio y una decoración exquisita.

The hotel is very nice and very clean. The breakfast was delicious. I also loved its location but what I really appreciated was the staff… every single person from the doorman, the receptionists, the cleaning crew, the restaurant personel, everyone were very polite, friendly and helpful even after they had been hit by an earthquake the night before. I moved from my hotel located in the Medina to this hotel due to the damages from the earthquake and all of them were very nice to me, specially the doorman. I cant believe how well they handle the situation the day after the earthquake, the lobby was crowded with people going crazy, with me having a nervous breakdown and them probably have their own concerns about their families and friend… and still they were very nice and very polite.
