Minnesvärd resa.
Otroligt annorlunda och intressant resemål. Att bo på en raid är mycket familgert och avkopplande. Glada, hjälpsamma människor. Raidens läge är i en mycket, mycket smal och mörk gränd. Svårt att hitta. Beställ hämtning av raiden. Möjligt att få lagad mat/fika på "alla" tider.

Redan kontakten före ankomsten gav en föraning av det som det senare skulle visa sig vara ett personligt engagerat omhändertagande såväl inom som utomhus, Hela personalen hade samma mål.

Nous y avons passé un agréable séjour en famille. L'ensemble du personnel a été à l'écoute et aux petits soins. Bien situé (à deux pas du palais Bahia et el Badi), le riad offre un environnement calme et serein..... et pour ne rien gâcher les repas y sont copieux et délicieux, n'hésitez pas!

We loved this Riad - everything from hasstle free airport pick up, breakfast on the rooftop terrace each morning, attentive care from all members of the hotel team, easy walking distance to Palais Bahia and the main tourist attractions, quiet, clean - fabulous!

The Riad is nicely located for walking to see many of the sites. The Riad had a quiet, calming atmosphere as it is also a spa. Staff were very helpful.

Lovely peaceful oasis in the middle of Marrakesh’ busy old town. In walking distance from many tourist sites. Excellent host, who helped us with everything, including sight seeing tips, directions and finding suitable parking in the town. We especially loved our rooms and the roof garden. I would definitely come back here as the riad has so much character and comfort and a very welcoming host.

C’est toujours un plaisir que de retrouver ce beau havre de paix avec des hôtes aussi charmants. Merci pour ces délicieux moments, à très bientôt. La terrasse sur le toit est à tomber avec l’une des plus belles vues sur la médina (la Koutoubia notamment) et des couchers de soleil à couper le souffle.

Great hotel in the central parts of Marrakesh. Beautiful garden with a small pool and a rooftop bar where you can order drinks via an intercom radio. Great staff that helped us finding around town and also booking day trips in the area.

Oase midt i Marrakech
Vi havde et vidunderligt ophold på Riad Al Ksar & Spa - en lille oase meget tæt på seværdighederne i Medinaen. Morgenmaden var ikke prangende, men en god start på dagen og serveret med udsigt på tagterrassen. Betjeningen var helt enestående venlig, og vi fik god hjælp og vejledning på alt, vi henvendte os om. Og mere til - en stor gæstfrihed og venlighed fra alle i riaden. Riad Al Ksar opretholder en regel om ro fra kl. 22-10, så man kan for alvor koble af, når man lander efter en dag på eventyr.

Comfortable authentic place
The place is cozy and nicely tacked in the narrow streets of Jewish quarter. You feel that you're in Morocco and not in another faceless standard hotel. It's comfortable 20 min walk to Jamaa el Fna. The people working at the riad are great and extremely friendly. The room was good and clean with authentic local flair. Shower upgrade would be great but then you're in Africa after all.

A peaceful traditional Riad with a beautiful roof garden. Perfectly located in the old town with most of the cultural highlights within walking distance.Fabulous staff, particularly Olivier, the manager, and Abdul who made us feel most welcome. Would recommend using their airport pickup service.

Personnel très agréables, à l écoute, riad très calme, proche du centre de la médina. Dommage que la piscine soit un peu petite, et qu il n y est pas plus de choix au niveau des confitures et des jus de fruits au petit déjeuner dans pays ou il y a autant de fruits frais ! Sinon tout est parfait !!

Séjour inoubliable
Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable à Marrakech au Riad al Ksar. C'est un riad magnifique, reposant et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. L'accueil et le service sont au top. Le seul risque est de ne pas avoir envie de sortir...Le riad est idéalement situé pour découvrir la ville. Un grand merci à Abdou qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable grâce à tous ses précieux conseils. Merci aussi au personnel qui est toujours aux petits soins mais sait rester discret. Siamo stati una settimana e ci siamo trovati molto bene . Il riad e' molto bello, il personale e' premuroso e attento, il proprietario Olivier e il suo assistente Abdu sono sempre disponibili, cosi' come tutto il personale. La colazione e' semplice ma con prodotti di ottima qualita' qualita'.La cucina e' tenuta veramente pulita ,con la porta sempre aperta. La pulizia delle camere e' giornaliera . I servi zi della SPA sono eccelenti. Un consiglio per Olivier : l'internet in camera ci vorrebbe, forse anche un televisore.

This is a beautiful atmospheric old house. The personnel are almost all delightful to deal with. The rooms are quiet. The only downsides are how dark the rooms and common parts are and the bedrooms lack adequate ventilation. This may be inevitable in a building of this style. Otherwise we had a very good time here.

Bon riad
Nous étions heureuse d’avoir choisi ce riad parmi les autres. Le personnel était très accueillant et aimable, toujours souriant et près à vous aider en cas de problème. Le petit déjeuner est copieux, mais nous aurions aimé un verre de jus d’orange pour qu’il soit parfait. Je recommande les massages dans ce riad! C’était un moment de pur relaxation. Le riad est très bien situé au cœur de médina. Chambre propre et nettoyé tous les jours avec un coffre fort.

Un beau Riad mais le directeur traitent les clients comme des imbeciles! Le "spa" c'est la taille d'un placard et ils donnent meme pas un nouveau gant dans l'hammam a chaque personne et ce n'était meme pas chaud! Il faisait froid à Marrakech et ma chambre était tres froid et humide. J'avais du supplier pour avoir du chauffage dans ma chambre. L'evacuation de la douche était bouché et la commentaire du Olivier était de ne pas mettre le pied sur le drain! De toute façon, l'odeur de canalisation était tres fort donc c'est pour cela qu'ils ont ouvert les fenêtres chaque fois que je sortais et au meme temps, ils ont coupé le chauffage. Il faisait 15 degrees dehors donc ma chambre faisait toujours froid! Le coup finale était en payant les extras du séjour....Olivier a présenté une facture en euros mais n'acceptait pas le paiement en euros en carte bleu mais en dirham avec au taux TRES élévé hors du norm du marché. Méfiez vous si vous choisie ce Riad! La direction et méchant et pas honnêtes!

La Direction souhaite cependant apporter quelque rectificatif : - A la fin de vos traitements Spa (hammam et massage), vous avez déclaré auprès de la réception avoir fait le « spa de votre vie» et vous avez encense la masseuse Nazha – pourquoi un tel revirement d avis ! - La direction, ainsi que l ensemble du personnel sont rompus a offrir en toute occasion et saison un confort maximal, de jour comme de nuit. Des couettes, des radiateurs d appoint sont mis à disposition, ainsi que des climatiseurs réversibles. Sans aucun supplice, ceux-ci vous ont été fournis à votre demande auprès du personnel. - Il est vrai que vous avez déclaré après votre douche, au 3eme jour de votre séjour, un problème d évacuation d eau – celui-ci a été résolu dans la minute suite a une obstruction temporaire de vos cheveux. A aucun moment un report d’odeur n a été déclaré concernant votre chambre – et aucune chambre ne déplore ce genre de problème dans l établissement. - Concernant la facturation, comme partout dans le monde l utilisation d une carte bancaire se fait dans la monnaie du pays, avec application d un taux de change du jour dont la réception vous a notifie en s appuyant sur un site officiel de conversion de devises (xe). Vous avez choisi et décidé de payer en Euros, il était possible de payer en Dirhams également. La Direction vous remercie d avoir apprécié la beauté du Riad et de sa terrasse panoramique, et d avoir utilise et apprécié nos services Restauration, Transfert privatif aéroport, et notre conciergerie.

Oasis in Marrakech
Wonderful calm respite from the chaos of Marrakech. Beautiful courtyard garden with small plunge pool to cool off. Great roof terrace for breakfast and evening drinks or snacks. Good location for walking to main square, souls, Bahia Palace and Badi Palace. Only caution is difficult to find if you are driving.

Preis/Leistung war ok
Riad in der Mellah. Die Mellah ist eher ein ärmeres Viertel in Marrakesch. Ich würde mir bei einem nächsten Aufenthalt in einem anderen Viertel eine Unterkunft suchen.

Versteckte Oase
Das Riad ist nicht leicht zu finden, umso Überraschender ist dann die kleine Oase die sich hinter der Türe befindet! Wunderschön und unglaublich ruhig! Perfekter Platz für Ruhe und Erholung! Das trifft auch auf die Dachterrasse zu! Einfach Traumhaft mit tollem Weitblick zum Atlasgebirge und über die Médina!

Netter Aufenthalt.
Wie alle Riads in der Médina ist auch dieses auf den ersten Blick von außen schwer einzuschätzen. Sobald man aber durch die Tür ist, ist man beruhigt. Alle sind sehr freundlich. Alles ist sauber. Zimmerfenster zeigen zum Innenhof und sind vergittert. Nachts herrscht absolute Stille. Wlan-Empfang in den Zimmern leider so gut wie nicht vorhanden, im Patio dagegen problemlos. Frühstück besteht aus Brot, Kuchen, süßen Brötchen und kleinen Pfannkuchen. Kaffe oder Tee. Leider gar kein Obst! Die Lage des Riads ist sehr gut, sehr viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind innerhalb kurzer Zeit zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Empfehlenswertes Hotel Mitten in der Medina
Ich kann das Riad absolut empfehlen, wenn man in das Leben in der Medina eintauchen möchte. Die Ausstattung ist einfach, das Frühstück ebenfalls, aber vollkommen in Ordnung. Die Dachterrasse ist sensationell und lädt ein einmal von der Hektik der Medina abzuschalten. Massagen & Hammam würde ich empfehlen in einem der bekannten Spas in der Stadt durchführen zu lassen - meiner Meinung nach lohnt sich das im Riad nicht wirklich, da mit Massagen nach gewohnten, deutschem Standard nicht zu vergleichen. Alles in Allem: Riad ist empfehlenswert. Erwartet nichts unglaublich Tolles, eher funktional mit guter Lage. Dachterasse ist sensationell mit Blick aufs Atlas-Gebirge.

Great little Riad in the Medina
Great little Riad, perfect position to explore the Medina, comfortable, good service, very friendly staff. The food is simple but good. The hamman and massage an added bonus.

Gute Lage. Landestypisch. Freundiche Betreiber.
Die Lage ist für Marrakesch-Besucher ideal. Zwar in der Medina, aber nicht im direkten Basarbereich, wo das Riad schwerer zugänglich wäre und die Luft von tausenden Mopeds regelrecht verpesten ist. Die wesentlichen Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Nachts sehr ruhig (bis auf den Muezin am frühen Morgen). Frühstück leider erst ab 8:30, aber auf einer schönen Dachterrasse. Schwächliches Wlan ;-)

No podemos analizar el problema que está describiendo porque su revista es anónima. Ningún informe sobre uno de nuestros baños fue hecho con el conocimiento de la recepción. De lo contrario, el equipo de Riad habría reaccionado de inmediato. Gracias por informar que el Riad está muy cerca de todos los monumentos de Marrakech para visitar. Esperando para recibirlo nuevamente.

Aufenthalt war ohne Probleme. Wetter war hervorragend. Die Zimmer waren sauber. Das Abholservice des Riads war sehr überteuert. Die Getränkepreise im Riad ebenfalls.

Stylish oasis of calm in the medina
Fantastic location in the Jewish quarter of the medina. Hotel is beautifully styled with sun roof terrace and plunge pool, and offers quiet time out from the hustle and bustle of the souks. Staff are friendly and helpful. Water pressure and temperature could be better but not enough to spoil our stay

great Marrakesh hotel
lovely Riad hotel, walking distance to everything you want to do in Marrakesh. the staff and owners were just lovely and helpful. answering all our queries, organising excursions, everything we needed. Great decor, comfortable, friendly. Highly recommend. We were 2 parents and a teenager, and had a very comfortable suite.
