“Excellent property, well maintained and very clean. Walking distance to downtown Oak bluffs. Woke up every morning and walked the seaway, a pure joy to see the water aerobics group in the morning. Even though the host provides a Kuerig and traditional coffee pot, I did walk to town for a morning coffee a few times. Pure Joy. I am working out a date for next year and hopefully be able to reserve this property. An Excellent 5 star experience.”

Bed was fabulous! - - - we were on ground level - no privacy sheers just blackout. Bathrooms did not have vents so that walls sweated. Good location for the center of Oak bluffs and an easy ride to Edgartown.”

“We had an amazing time here with our two kids (3 and 6). The room was clean and had plenty of space for us as well as all the kitchen things and comfort things we needed, even a stool our little one used to climb onto her bed! Our only complaint was the noise from above- but not a judgment that will prevent us from coming back! State beach is close enough to walk and a dip in the amazing pool afterwards is perfect. Nomans is right there and provides a great place for dinner if you dont feel like...

“This was a great stay in Martha’s Vineyard. The hosts communicated well and the check in process was easy. The condo was cute and had fun beachy details. There is some noise that carries in the building but nothing loud enough to wake our baby. This is a great place for families and the pool was nice too.”

“This was a great property for families with many other guests w/children, big open area for kids to play in the back and comfortable sleeping arrangements & sufficient space for 2 adults w/4 kids. Only annoyance was our room was not ready by 3 pm check in but rather was ready after 3:30 after being told “5 more minutes” several times. For a place with a 10 am check out I’d assume 3 pm check in wouldn’t be delayed. Everything else was great though.”

“This was a great convenient location is directly on the MVTA bus route so very easy to get around the island if traveling with no car. The grounds are set back from the main road so no noticeable street noise. Also walkable to Oak Bluffs and larger beaches if you don’t mind a 20-30 minute walk. Very clean and efficient layout to the unit, staff were helpful. Extra towels and linens were provided. There is a nice restaurant/bar next door for a quick bite or a drink and some music. “Perfect for our trip to the Beach Road weekend music festival. The restaraunt and Bar at the location is a great casual place. Pool was small but nice. Would go again.”

“Perfect location. Room was clean, but could do with some upgrades. Everyone was friendly. Right next to Nomans so there is some entertainment. Grounds will manicured. Loved that there was a pool, but was too cold for the kids. Would stay again.”

“This property was perfect for my husband and I. It was also one of the few properties that allowed dogs, which sealed it for us. Plenty to do, even off season. Would return!”

“The property was perfect for our weekend getaway for a family wedding. The weather was terrible so we didn’t get to enjoy the cute deck! The string lights made it seem so inviting. The kitchen had everything we needed for 3 nights and the house had a great floorplan for us! We loved that you could walk to VH and hear the ferry whistle blow while in the house. The check in process couldn’t have been easier and the house felt very private. Thanks for a shirt but sweet stay!”
