Wedding in Tennessee
We stayed here for my first time in TN when visiting for a friends wedding. When I walked in and the floor creaked I looked down to see the most beautiful refinished wood planks that are identical to the ones in the old Rexall Drugstore my grandparents owned when I was little. It brought tears to my eyes. The place is perfect. It is like I was keeping a second home somewhere that I go to. Everything I could need was there. The neighborhood is nice and felt safe. A great mexican food restaurant isn't far away by Walmart. It is a very soft bed.

Quiet Retreat
This is one of my favorite places to stay when i come to Martin, and it instantly feels like a retreat from all the busyness of campus activities. I highly recommend it!

Perfect Girls Get-Away
The cottage was just lovely! It was perfect for a mom and two adult daughters to visit our former home town and visit old friends. We stayed for 5 nights, sampled lots of local restaurants and coffee shops, and had a wonderful time.

Cute cottage in Martin, TN
The house was very clean, but had a musty smell and there is no door on the bedroom, which I couldn't tell from the pics. It is a nice house in a great location.

Details and Design
Love staying while passing thru. The natural wood, barn doors, and other design pieces like the fixtures made it super unique and cute. And if I can say personally the best part was the extremely comfortable king size bed.

High Marks All Around
We thoroughly enjoyed our 3-night stay. I felt like I had just stepped into a beautifully renovated property from HGTV's Home Town. Everything was picture perfect. The check-in, check-out process was super easy, and communications with the property host were top notch. We would stay here again, and highly recommend you stay here when visiting Martin.

Modern Cottage
In the five years that we have made the 6 hour drive to Tennessee to visit family, I will say that lodging is hard to gauge. This home was the cleanest, most comfortable place we have stayed! Look forward to doing so again and again! The host was AWESOME! We can’t thank her enough for the hospitality!

Cozy and convenient location...much better than a hotel!
This property is super cute and just like it appears on the listing. It is closer to town and other homes than you would think based on the open field picture. When you walk in, it smells great and is decorated well! We did not cook while there, but the kitchen looked to be well equipped and anything you need for enjoying your stay is provided throughout. The master bed is a king and we slept well. The floors creak a little, but it is likely because they are original. The bathroom space around toilet is a little tight, so maybe moving the toilet paper holder would help some. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again on our next visit to Martin. :)

Beautiful Little Farmhouse
Very comfortable and well decorated. Only a couple of miles from town, but yet you feel like you are a 100 miles away because it is so peaceful. The communication with the owner was great. Lisa answered all of my questions in a very timely manner. I would definitely stay here again.

A little slice of heaven
I was looking for a quite spot to relax after a business meeting. Everything was beyond perfect! There was a tv but I didn’t even turn it on. I sat in the kitchen and enjoyed putting a puzzle together. Lisa was the perfect host! She had everything I needed and then some. I just didn’t need a lot. This tired mom and wife just needed a night alone to recharge my batteries. I left feeling very refreshed. Thanks Lisa for a great experience!

Would stay again!
This cost about the same as a room at the nearby Hampton Inn and we had a kitchen and a laundry room. The TV had Netflix which was nice to see the new Stranger Things episodes. It would be nice to have a hook near the shower in the bathroom. Lisa was very nice.

This house is a real charmer!! Loved the porch swing and rocker. Outstanding! Loved the washer and dryer. Full size stove and refrigerator. Local food options are great not all the chain places like the rest of the U.S. If you are in the right place and time you can also see farm machinery in action. Would rent again!

Spring Game getaway
Perfect little cottage close to campus. This little cottage was clean and had everything we needed for the weekend. In addition, the owners were easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any messages that were sent. We would definitely stay again.
