Everything you need was there. large yard, good barbecue area, good social room, the pool was clean and looked after every day by a pool guy. 3 min drive from cozy montecarlo, lots of restaurants. grocery stores nearby. “Hôtes tres agréables, serviables, sympathiques et reactifs. Maison tres bien située au calme mais avec toutes les commodités à proximités. Tout ce dont nous avions besoin était sur place. La vue de la maison est magnifique et la piscine très agréable. La maison est très grande, bien entretenue et très bien équipée. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous remercions nos hôtes pour leur gentillesse et les conseils sur les activités et lieux a visiter. Nous recommandons cette belle location....

“We had a wonderful stay in this beautifully appointed and comfortable house that easily accommodated the six of us. Paulo (the owner) could not have been more helpful and welcoming. The local town is a short ten minute walk through the woods where there are options for eating, drinking and shopping. We had an electric car (EV) and were pleased to find charging options within walking distance. Thanks to Paulo and family for facilitating such a lovely two week stay.”

“Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Ferienhaus in guter und ruhiger Lage sehr genossen. Ein problemloser Check-in, ein guter Kontakt zur Gastgeberin, die gute Ausstattung des Hauses und der Garten, der einen schönen Auslauf für unseren Hund bot, haben dazu beigetragen. Strand, kleine Geschäfte und Restaurants sind gut zu Fuß, in etwa 10 Minuten, erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne noch einmal.”

“Wonderful cozy house, just as displayed in the pictures. Great location that is both private for chill time (very spacious and relaxing yard, fantastic pool) and proximate to Lucca, wine tasting and other site seeing. Leandro kept in touch before, during, and just before leaving to make sure we had everything we needed and was super helpful. Highly recommended!”

“La casa di Enrico è proprio come te l'aspetti corrisponde perfettamente alle immagini dell'annuncio. Anzi forse ci sono una tutta una serie di dettagli che non sono nemmeno presenti in descrizione. Il giardino è immenso la vasca idromassaggio grande, grandi anche gli spazi esterni per mangiare all'aria aperta. La casa in sé è piccolina ma non manca assolutamente nulla. Non sono riuscita a trovare un utensile che non fosse presente! Enrico poi è super gentile e disponibile. La posizione è ottima...

“Otroligt vackert ställe, fantastisk utsikt, vi saknade ingenting. Firade min 60årsdag med att bo på Costola i 5 dagar med 18 vänner, bästa roligaste kalaset. Första dagen bokade vi pizza, gott, generöst och prisvänligt. Vi gjorde övriga måltider själva. Vi var ensamma och hade hela fastigheten för oss själva. Vill dit igen !!!”

“Set inside a visitor park, at first we were disappointed by the location. It is actually behind private property signs in its own area (better fencing and signage would improve it). It is quiet (especially during the week) and with gorgeous views. The pool is a few strides from the house, rather than attached, but is pleasant and unusual. The owner was very kind and friendly and could not be more helpful - it is very welcoming. We had a fantastic stay, thank you.”

“-Magnifique maison , ( chambres et salle de bain spacieuses et tout est très bien équipé ….) emplacement très pratique pour visiter la vallée de la Garfagnana….. tout est rapidement accessible en voiture ….génial pour les amateurs de randonnées.Les propriétaires sont très serviables .les frais de ménages et de linges sont compris dans le prix de la location .( ce qui est rarement le cas en Italie ) -Petite route très étroite et sinueuse pour accéder au logement….l accès à la piscine est payant...

“Fint hus i fint skick och bra standard! Inte slitet alls. Stor pool, men den är iskall. Huset ligger enskilt i en dal, vilket har både för och nackdelar. Begränsad morgon och eftermiddagssol. Vi hyrde in kocken Morena till huset två kvällar, vilket var mycket bra! God mat i mängder! Det negativa var att huset var dåligt städat och alla leksaker och cyklar var trasiga.”

“Wir haben zwei rundum schöne Wochen in diesem schönen Haus verbracht! Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und wunderschön gelegen. Die Anfahrt ist etwas abenteuerlich, aber dennoch gut zu meistern, wir hatten mit unseren vw Bulli keine Probleme und wurden mit einer fantastischen Aussicht belohnt. Für Hundebesitzer gut zu wissen: das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt, war also auch mit Hund sehr entspannt. Wir hatten nichts zu bemängeln und kommen gerne nochmal wieder!”

“We where 14 persons (7couples) in this fantastic Villa for 1 week. All bedrooms with your own bathroom. For many of us the day started with a swim in the pool which added the little extra. Micol helped us a lot with booking transports and giving us suggestions what to do which was highly appreciated. We can really recommend a stay at this place. / Bo”

“I found this beautiful place by coincidence and i can easily say, that this on is one of the most extraordinary places where i have been to. “Nous cherchions la proximité avec la tour de Pise et nous ne pouvions pas trouver mieux !! Vue sur la tour depuis la chambre. Un petit bémol avec la terrasse du restaurant juste en bas qui est rangée tardivement et un peu bruyamment... L'isolation phonique des fenêtres n'est peut être pas à la hauteur du bruit environnant. Le matin, la pluie nous a sans doute évité la mise en place 😁”
