“The lodge has a lovely aspect, with uninterrupted views over the lake, it is extremely well equipped catering for all your needs. Unfortunately the information folder was missing so we had to contact the owner to get the WiFi code. “The caravan its self was ok. a little dated and obviously had dogs in there before we were there. However the communication with Linden Lodgings who look after the booking is shocking. I have been trying to get the damage deposit back from them for 11 days now with no communication back at all. The communication with Hazel has been awful from the point of booking.
