Fantastiskt som helhet
Allt var egentligen helt fantastiskt. Det som kan förbättras är sanden i vuxenrestaurangen om man ska peka på något. Den är aningen hård och det går inte att gå barfota som man önskar sig, att kunna gå barfota hela tiden. Sen hade jag otur att bli magsjuk och det är nog lätt hänt med all buffemat som man äter.

Meeru - ön man vill återvända till
Meeru är en fantastisk resort, lagom stor och man har möjligheten att variera sig. Finner lätt avskildhet men om man inte önskar det så finns det alltid att göra. Fantastiskt trevlig och service minded personal med ett leende på läpparna. Resorten ligger lagom nära Male endast 50 min med speedboat, vilket är en fördel om man inte är iväg en längre period. Maten var varierande men med hög kvalitet trots buffe.

Meeru, one of the best Island in Maldives
Amazing Island that has everything! We went to Meeru on our honeymoon, and it was our best visit ever!!! We have been to many places all over the world, like Mauritius, Mediterranean, west coast of Florida, Hawaii, Thailand, Caribbean.. and we have to say, NOTHING beats ours experience of Meeru Island and the Maldives. First place we ever visit where reality beats pictures from homepages! Meeru is one of the 5-6 largest Islands (1250m long and 350m wide) you can stay on in the Maldives. And the sand, is it for real!? Despite quite strong wind half of our stay, the sand doesn't blow in your face!! Despite blue skye all week, and never below 30 C, the sand doesn't get warm!! The South is more for families and couples that want more action, even though its not much action to be honest. The North offers by far more calm and quiet, 300m of white sand, 20 sunchairs that nobody claims, ever! Service and standard overall was fantastic! We had the luxury to stay at a Jacuzzi Water Villa which was outstanding, both in standard and placement. But a lot of the other rooms are really outstanding as well. All inclusive is What we loved about Meeru Island? - the hospitality, the service, the athmosphere - the sand, the water, the fishes - 30-35min to walk around the island - surrounding activities on island, gym, massage, golfrange, soccer The sun go up at 6 and down 6. all year. Detta är paradiset på jorden! Vi hade skyhöga förväntningar men ändå var ALLT över förväntan! Pålhus nr 728 är en dröm.. Inga insekter, fantastisk mat, lugnt o skönt men gott om aktiviteter om man vill. Vi kommer definitivt att resa tillbaka till Meeru!

Fantastiskt hotell!
Kan varmt rekommendera detta hotell. Ligger på ett bra avstånd från flygplatsen så man slipper sjöflyg. Personalen är väldigt vänliga och ser alltid till att man mår bra. Maten i restaurangerna är bra och jag rekommenderar all inclusive. Det är absolut det som blir billigast särskilt om ni vill ta en drink på kvällen. Det ända som inte var bra var deras sängar som var stenhårda (Vi bodde i en jacuzzi water villa som är på vattnet)

Beautiful island/awful rec. service/mediocre food
We have been to Crown and Champa resorts before (Komandoo and Kuredu) and have been more than satisfied. This Island had beautiful nature but the front desk staff was awful regarding service and helpfulness. We stayed in a water villa and the room was excellent. We choose it because of the beach (best on the island) and the adults only promise in our booking. When a family with three kids suddenly moved into the villa next to us we questioned it in the reception. The front desk was not interested in our complain and just said, sometimes we let kids stay in the adults only section. Since we didnt want to ruin the rest of the holiday we let it past, it was in the end of our stay. The food was also a bit dissapointing, not at all as the Komandoo och Kuredu class. Our waiter was however excellent (along with housekeeping). So sad we feel this way because the nature and the island is so beautiful. We had a pleasent stay since we can manage without a good service but we will not come back. Next time we visit Maldives it will be at Kuredu or Komandoo for sure.

Les mots me manquent pour décrire la semaine passée sur place. Je suis certaine que le paradis ressemble à cet endroit. Nous avons logé dans une villa jacuzzi sur l'eau. Le confort et le pratique était au rdv. Les différents repas étaient variés et excellents ! Le personnel est adorable et au petit soin. Quant à l'organisation concernant notre arrivée à l'aéroport et le transfert au moment du départ : 10/10. Tout était parfait ! Tout était merveilleux ! Un point négatif tout de même : le retour à la réalité ahah. Après avoir vécu un séjour aussi merveilleux, pas évident de retourner à notre quotidien. Courage !

Had in INCREDIBLE stay at this resort and cannot recommend it enough! My husband and I stayed for 6 nights in an overwater villa and our only regret is not staying longer. The island itself is spectacular with gorgeous beaches spanning the entire coastline. One side of the island is best for snorkeling with the surrounding reef, which is where the overwater villas are. The other side is reef-free, ideal for swimming without having to pay much attention to your surroundings. We saw an abundant amount of sea life from our room: reef sharks, sting rays, turtles, squid and countless fish species. The buffet food was fabulous - they do a great job catering to any preference. We had our wedding photos/video done through the resort and we were blown away by the quality. Also had my hair and makeup done at the spa for one of our photoshoots, which turned out fabulous! It takes about 30 minutes to run around the island, so there's plenty of space to roam. I miss Meeru already!!

Meeru is a beautiful island and a wonderful place to go if you are after a relaxing, romantic holiday. Staff is very attentive and provide great service. Food is delicious. We stayed in a water villa and bathrooms are a bit tired and require some renovation

娘2人と3人で、3泊、水上ビラに宿泊。マレ空港から約1時間で着くリゾートホテル。島全体がとても綺麗に整備されていて、スタッフがフレンドリーで親切、丁寧。オールインクルーシブならではの対応で、最高！ 娘が雨女なので、天気は良くなかったのですが、それでも、海の中には魚がたくさんいたし、プールでもゆったり泳げて、プールサイドバーでも美味しいお酒とスナックをいただき、満足！サメやエイにも会えました！ 英語があまり喋れない私たちにも丁寧に対応してくれる、スタッフがいて、仲良くしてくれ、不便なかったです。 食事も日替わりで、美味しくいただきました。昼前に到着し、ランチok.帰る時も夕方だったので、ランチやバーの利用もok! シュノーケルセットは有料ですが、リーフには無料で連れて行ってくれるし、水上ビラからも楽しめます。 サンセットクルーズでは、サンセットは雲に隠れて見れなかったけれど、たくさんのイルカたちに会えて幸せなひと時を過ごせました！ 今度は、夫やその他の家族で行かないです！

This is a piece of paradise on earth! My wife & I spent there 11 days honeymoon and it was much higher than my expectations, everything was perfect specially the service & food. The whole island is unbelievably clean as well. We felt there that everyone working in the resort is there to serve you and make you happy. Special thanks to Imad our restaurant guy who took care of us and was extremely polite & bubbly to me & my wife. In fact the whole north restaurant staff was extremely nice, the chefs are true artists! The massage was perfect too. The excursion is amazing! What else can I say? We can't wait to come back in few years! I can't imagine a better place than this in the whole world! VERY IMPORTANT NOTE: I respect more any business when I find workers living in good condition. I loved how employees are living the best life, they got their own leasure spaces where they can gather and have fun when they're not working! Much much respect!

Meeru is a great resort and I will definitely recommend it to family and friends. We were spending 5 nights with my wife for our honeymoon and the staff and members are amazing. Positive: The food is delicious, and they have different themes on dinner nights Unfortunately I could not try the Mexican but the others were delicious, always with a lot of variety and options. The water villas are awesome, you never know who is going to be your neighbor during the night it can be a turtle, baby nurse sharks (maybe bigger), or a stingray. The installations are in great condition, you can easily walk through the island but also you can call a "buggy" if you want them to take you to a specific place. Negative: We felt, the prices of activities out of the "ALL INCLUDED PLAN" are quite expensive, I am grateful to EXPEDIA for the discount and credit they gave us, I had discounts on excursions and $100 credit on beverages and food. My wife and I were very grateful and we will definitely keep be loyal customers to EXPEDIA. The gift shop also has expensive prices. The resort has 3 restaurants and the best one is "Hot Rock" our dinner was delicious. We also tried the "Asian Wok" but unfortunately we do not have positive comments to say about this experience, sorry but I will not recommend this restaurant. In general, Meeru was an excellent resort for our honeymoon, we were extremely happy with the staff in the restaurants and the ones in the excursions because they were always taking care us
