“Fantastic place with excellent service. The considerate service is fantastic - they are extremely helpful. The chalets themselves are great - clean, comfortable, great amenities. Shuttle serice operated by the hotel takes you anywhere and picks you up within 15 mins. They have a partnership with the ski shop on the slopes where you have a VIP separate room, lockers, and outstanding service. One word of advice - the pool (indoor plus outdoor) is heated, but it’s not jacuzzi-temperature. Overall...

“El hotel increíble, todo está perfecto menos el desayuno. La verdad la comida muy pobre en cantidad y calidad, y el servicio del desayuno bastante deficiente. Era buffet pero tardaban hasta media hora en volver a poner comida. Creo que estaban superados en su capacidad. Y fue un contraste complicado de entender porque en general el servicio en todas las demás áreas era muy bueno. Y otro detalle fue que se descompuso el elevador y al final no era tanto problema usar la escalera, el problema era...

“Jättemysigt hotell med vänlig personal som ger bra service. Rummet hade allt man behöver, var rent och badrum och wc var nyrenoverade och kändes fräscha. Härlig altan med utsikt över dalen. Ok frukost. Bra läge vid liften men en bit att gå till byn, inte helt enkelt att ta sig hem efter en middag på byn. ”
