Very clean and modern room
Very modern and clean rooms. Even got some free breakfast in the bridge and refilled the 2nd day. Toast, jam, milk, cereal and juice. Check in guy was alright.

Annoying check in, however an OK stay
We stayed at St Kilda to get som beach, good food and meet up with friends. The area around the apartments is calm, unless you get closer to Acland street where the restaurants and bars are. The apartment we had was pretty small however OK for two adults, a teenager and a small kid. The only thing that we weren't informed about prior to arrival was that we had to get the key from a sister-hotel about 5-7 minutes away by taxi. Arriving in the middle of the night without this knowledge was quite annoying. All in all, an OK hotell for few nights stay. Five min from the beach, 10 from Acland street.

Dear Johan, Thank you for taking the time in writing us a feedback. Our guests' opinions are very valuable to us as we are always in constant improvement. Indeed, Crest on park is located in the heart of St Kilda, but in a quiet area. Very close to all St Kilda attractions. At Crest on Park we have two bedroom apartments should you need an apartment bigger than a One bedroom apartment. We will review how our terms and conditions are displayed on Hotels.com to see if we can place them in a more visible space.

Well located and affordable, Quest on Park was also welcoming, everything worked and close to the always interesting Fitzroy Street. What's not to like? :)

These guys are shooting themselves in the foot with checkin located at another hotel on the other side of St Kilda. The room was fantastic with one of the most comfortable beds I've slept on in Melbourne, but why they don't have onsite checkin during the peak hours (3pm - 7pm) has got to be costing them more in bad reviews than what they are saving on labor costs.

The good: Great location with a short walk to beach and cafes. Tram stop out front to head into Melbourne city. Clean and tasteful decor. Secure parking. Price. Light breakfast. The bad: Collecting keys from different location that had limited signage at footpath level. Bed is made up of two singles pushed together with lumpy middle.

The room I had stayed in’s shower leaked onto the bathroom floor and not very good pressure or steady temp, dirty kettle filter and old water left in it while it had been stored away in a cupboard, water was also left in the coffee pod machine from before our stay. There was no fly screen on the window so couldn’t have it open without bugs flying in aswell as the heater/cooler having an odd smell when turned on. Other than this is was in a nice area and comfy bed. Overall wouldn’t recommend staying again.

Being able to check in early as we arrived in Melbourne earlier than anticipated. Awesome. Getting an additional towel and fold out bed done was great. Limited car parking if you didn't get a spot. Be aware of permit parking and times. Acouple of cleanliness things in bathroom that I wasn't happy about. T.V remote was missing the battery cover.

Was very disappointed considering how much i paid for the night. It was dirty, smelly and dingy. The king size bed was 2 beds pushed together so there was a divet and was very uncomfortable. Definitely would not recommend.

Very comfortable and quiet for the heart of town. A hidden gem that will become our go to for our future visits. Only issue is that the key needs to be collected from another building 1.4 km away. Not an issue if you know.

In a convenient location. No screens for the windows. Bathroom light switch was pulled away from the tile on the wall potentially exposing the electrical contacts. There was no receptionists so had to walk or take public transport to deal with access cards and payment

FALSELY ADVERTISED. Arrived Saturday 1pm and nobody around. Find booking, find phone number and THEN found out YOU HAVE TO DRIVE TO ANOTHER HOTEL TO PICK UP THE KEYS!! Find other hotel, find parking, queue in other hotel to get the keys and long list of instructions which include " Don't get your car stuck in the parking without your key because there's nobody working at the hotel so it could take hours to get you out". God forbid there is a fire at this property and the first car out of the gates gets stuck. All of this information is hidden in the small print that one should not be obligated to read every time you book accomodation. The apart-hotel itself was clean and convenient to everything in the area. It also had a really nice kitchen area with everything you could ask for during a short stay. It is just a pity that the owners are not letting people know about the the lengths they will need to go to just to get into their room.

Parking was awkward with too many large vehicles making parking difficult. I did want to thank staff for recovering clothing that had been left behind and were available for pick-up when we returned. Good customer service!

There little things were fabulous (bread,milk & juice in the fridge), however the entire apartment had a very overwhelming smell of stale cigarette. Now I am a recent ex smoker, and it was so overpowering. I had to open the windows and leave the door open for most of our stay. The property was clean, but there were stains on the carpet and walls, could do with a repaint and upgrade. Also booked for 5 (2 adults and 3 kids) but only 2 beds were made up, the sofa bed was not. Overall, the place is in the perfect location, close to everything in St Kilda. Check in was a super easy process and the room was ok, but certainly room for improvement.

No reception office at the hotel have to travel to another hotel to use the reception there then come back to the hotel of staying so very inconvenient if you are on can , taxi , Uber or public transport, waste of money , time and energy … can do better with communication and arrangements here forth!

My single room was pretty small. Had a bit of a Smokey scent to it like someone had been smoking in the room previously. Bed was pretty comfy. The property is quite tightly packed so I think noise would be a problem if you got a rowdy bunch staying in a nearby room. I didn’t have any troubles though.

Rooms were great, but the checkin process was a bit of a hassle, as had to do so at another venue. Had this been communicated prior to booking, we probably would have booked elsewhere.

Because the hotel isn't manned and the staff are at the sister property when our neighbours were playing music till 3am in the morning nothing could be done about it, even calling the sister property through the night advising them did nothing. Even at check out the next day nothing was done, just an apology.

crest on the park is a great location walking distance to transport and all transport options. Check in process could be better as you need to pick up keys from their other property which was slow and understaffed.
