A great place in Memphis
Very well located with a host who gave good instructions Whilst the property is not super big it was well appointed and we certainly enjoyed our stay and would certainly recommend it to our friends

Great restaurants including the best barbecue (Central) within 5-10 minute walk. 15 minute walk to Beale St. Across the street from the Lorainne.

A Lovely Cottage Oasis in Bustling Memphis
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wished it was longer. Our hosts couldn’t be nicer and more accommodating towards us. We were hours late due to eclipse traffic and they didn’t hesitate to wait on us for a late check-in. The cottage was outfitted with all we needed and then some. The location was so convenient to all that we wanted to see and do; we even enjoyed more attractions than planned, because of the close proximity. Thank you, Rhonda, for a perfectly wonderful pexperience!

Extremely nice
A family friend & I stayed at this cottage and found it extremely clean and comfortable. Rhonda is the host and she is very friendly and accommodating. The cottage is located just about 5 blocks from Beale street. Our stay here was fabulous.

Private and quiet with off street parking. Trolley line just up the block. Restaurants and a great whole foods grocery a block away. Easy walk to Beale St.areas.

Never Memphis
My 2016 Corvette was stolen right from the driveway of the condo in about 2 hours of getting there.

Bruce, Again, I'm so sorry it was stolen as we've never had an issue with cars in our driveway before your corvette. My husband and I both park in the same driveway every day and have since 2015 with no issue and we live on property as well. Our street is quiet and tucked away. Our driveway is directly across the street from the Civil Rights Museum, all of their security and cameras. Unfortunately, your bright yellow and red corvette was probably spotted coming into Memphis and you were more than likely followed to my driveway. The whole incident is unfortunate, a fluke and we hate that it happened to you. The Cottage is a great, safe place to stay as referenced by all of the other reviews outside of yours. Memphis is a wonderful place to visit with a lot of rich history and fun activities! We're just sorry your memories of Memphis don't really represent our great city!

Perfect Memphis
I had the best time at the cottage. The location can't be beat. Rhonda is an amazing hostess. She even came to the train station to meet me since it was raining and still dark. If you take Amtrak the cottage is a quick walk away. Plenty of restaurants and museums all within walking distance. I will definitely be back Thank you Rhonda for a wonderful time in your amazing city.

Wonderful Memphis
Just returned from a 4 night stay in Rhonda's cottage. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay. But it is the location that makes this place special. Right across the road from where M L King was assassinated and close to Arcade restaurant where Elvis used to eat.Close to Beale Street. A visit to Graceland is a must. Many thanks to Rhonda and Ryan

Memphis Cottage
Rhonda and her husband Rick have an amazing property about 100 yards from the National Civil Rights Museum. Great space for a small family or couple. Close to lots of shops, restaurants, and the trolley car. Rhonda was very helpful and kind and had lots of good tips for places to see. Would definitely come back here again.

Memphis in May
This is our second stay at this home. The home was just as nice as the first time. Our host greeted us but didn't intrude on our vacation. It was nice seeing her again and getting some local info before we started our vacation. The home is walking distance to Front Street and Tommy Lee Park. We spent a great week visiting the park for the World Championship Barbecue and returning to our home away from home to relax and get ready for the next day. This is an awesome historic home, and we hope to stay here again in the future.

Look No Further
Located in the Arts District, this was the perfect place to call home during our visit to Memphis. It has everything you need to make your stay welcoming. The bed was comfortable, kitchen well stocked, bathroom with washer/dryer was great. We spent lots of time on the covered porch. Most things you want to do or see are within walking distance. Rachel was the perfect host.

We just loved the cottage it was a perfect location. We walked everywhere downtown in Memphis. The Civil Rights Museum was across the street. A very good BBQ restaurant was aross the street. We were able to park our car and walked everywhere execpt for Graceland. The cottage was so nice and homey and Rhonda was a great host. We would definitely stay there again

GREAT location, we were close to bars, restaurants, the Civil Rights Museum was 1/2 block away. We could walk to everything we wanted to see. Private deck was nice to have so close to the hub bub of the city. Would stay here again.

Perfect Space/Perfect Trip
I can't imagine a more perfect setting for our trip. Charming, clean, comfortable, well-appointed, easy to access, and close to all our destinations. We absolutely loved our stay and would pick this cabin again on returning to Memphis. Walking distance to Beale Street, Barbeque, The Arcade Restaurant, as well as other conveniences. 100% recommend this property and host.

Loved this cottage!
My husband and I stayed here on our 20th anniversary trip. We loved it! Rhonda was so helpful and made us feel so welcome. Cottage was very quaint and had everything we needed. Location of this property is fantastic and we were able to walk most places we wanted to go. We will most definitely stay here again when we are back in Memphis.

What a fabulous cottage! Rhonda was great to work with and so very helpful from check-in to tips on places to dine and visit. BEST location and it has parking. We walked almost everywhere and felt very safe. The cottage had everything we needed, was very clean and quiet.

Close enough to walk to great restaurants, bars, grocery store and civil rights museum. Short walk to Beale or it is located right on the trolly line for easy transportation up and down main to get to Beale St. or downtown. We loved our stay at the cottage in Memphis! We enjoyed walking to different sites and took the trolly one day. Rhonda was wonderful and easy to work with. For the Barbeque!!
What a wonderful stay. The place was more than pictured. The shower looks small in the pictures, it is not! It's large and roomie. The cabin as Rhonda calls it is just right. The bed and furniture comfortable and clean. Everything works and the location could not be better. Rhonda and Ryan are wonderful hosts. I would stay there again!! Oh yeah, I already booked for net year!!! Loved it!!! Loved meeting both of you!!

We enjoyed every moment of our stay at this Cottage! Rhonda was a wonderful host and very thoughtful about every detail. The cottage itself is cute, cozy, clean, and very comfortable! The porch was an added bonus that we were able to enjoy! The location meant we could walk to many of our desired destinations…and discover many other now-favorite spots along the way! Highly recommend!
