Perfect location, very walkable. The hotel was extremely clean. The staff are great and are very accommodating. They do luggage storage which was a great option for me since I had a late flight. They are one of the few hotels nearby that has A/C in every room. Would not hesitate to book again, great value for the price.

It is located in the middle of the historic center so noise is to be expected. Ideal location that was very convenient to walk around the historical sites.

Lo único que no nos gustó fue el restaurant, fuimos en tres ocasiones en el horario que nos dijeron que tenían servicio y en ninguna de las ocasiones tenían servicio.

We wonder for business purposes I tried to print paperwork they didn’t have no paper and the printer the business as they call it. It was all dirty. I asked him if I can make copies. They said don’t make no copies. Very noisy. We stay there because it was close to the business that we were going to, but I will not recommend this .

Hola. Actualmente las redes wifi se han modificado con una mejor señal. Hay varias redes en cada piso y hay una sola para todo el hotel. Puede preguntar en recepcion sobre esas redes. Estamos a sus ordenes.

This is a reasonably priced hotel very close to areas of interest in central Mexico City. My room was clean, everything in good condition and it was quiet. The staff were wonderful.

El hotel es muy bonito está limpio....sus colchones y almohadas son ideales para descansar ....a mí me tocó un cuarto con cama king zise de muy buen tamaño ...lo único malo es que los pasillos son muy ruidosos los huéspedes se salen a platicar y gritan ...me hospede dos días y había muchos huéspedes excelente! ...pero algunos van en grupo y salen a los pasillos a platicar o gritar es muy desagradable!! Pues lo que uno quiere es descansar!!!el servicio de limpieza también hace mucho ruido muy temprano!!!!Por lo demás el hotel está bastante bien...cerca del centro histórico ..cerca de tiendas restaurantes transporte ...es un hotel muy bueno si no fuera por el ruido estaría excelente!!!!!

I liked that it was close to the airport and other areas of interest. I did not like that I was required a cash deposit to have access to a safe box in the room

This hotel was conveniently located to the Zocalo and other popular sights. Im not sure if the entire hotel was lile this but our room had paint all over the floor like they just painted walls and didnt protect or cover floors. They were clean other than that. The breakfast was ok if you are not bothered by being very limited with options. Many of the things were not available so we were very limited on what we could have. There was a restaurant next door that was a great option. Overall i would stay here again on a short trip but not add breakfast option and hope i got a different room.

The tranquility of the hotel, the ease of access to a computer and connectivity. What I disliked was the charging system and that there were no smoking areas. I recommend that if a guest wishes to pay for five nights, they charge it from the time of booking. We had an unpleasant check-out experience due to the charging system.
