Fruktansvärt lyhört och i stort behov av uppfräschning kändes mer som ett motel! Mycket var trasigt på rummet och toalettfläkten brummade enormt! Dåligt belysning och saknade helkroppsspegel och krokar att hänga handdukar på samt att kylskåpet inte fungerade dåligt med plats för bagage och kläder inga kontakter vid sängen för telefon och sänglamporna satt väldigt dåligt till! Vi försökte få både uppgradering samt late checkout! Uppgradering sa dom nej på fast dom sålde rum! Och utcheckning var vi tvungna att fråga om samma morgon vilket förtar möjligheten att få sova ut! Och då fick vi tillslut på morgonen sen utcheckning högst en timme tycker inte detta hotel bör vara ett VIP hotel då servicen och hotellets standard är väldigt undermålig! Det som var bra var sänglakan och sängen

Bästa Dream!
Dream hotell överträffade våra förväntningar! God service, skönt och tyst i vårt rum, även när party pågick i grannskapet. Vi älskade läget, supercentralt vid South beach, nära stranden, en gata från Ocean Drive. Takpoolen var härlig, liksom vårt fina rum med bekväm säng och skön regndusch! Jättetrevlig personal! Tips: om ni vill ha det lugnt kvällstid behöver ni bo i själva Dream, INTE i grannfastigheten för där ligger restaurangen Naked Taco som har hyfsade ljudvolymer (som alla andra restauranger i Miami, för där är det PARTY som gäller).

Beautiful stay
This is my third time (for 11 days) at this wonderful hotel with perfect location one street above the beach walk. The roof top pool area is perfect for sunbathing and you can order your good food and drinks to your sunbed. The room was tidy and the bed nice to sleep in. The outdoor walls are thin but we slept like babies anyway. The area around the hotel is full of good restaurants and the main shopping street is a 10 minutes walk. I will come here again.

Marijuana smoke coming through the ac vents, hallways, couldn’t sleep it was so terrible! Water pressure ..far too low. Only trickling. Vanity mirror did not work on 2/3 settings. Poor lighting. Unable to get lighting from window due to headboard partial wall and the way the blinds are. Doors separating room and shower and toilet are impossible to open or close too heavy and stuck. Only one handle and only on one side. Grout in shower was overdone.

This property was great for our short trip down to Miami Beach. It's two blocks to the beach (and offers chairs and towels with the resort fee), in a very walkable neighborhood, and the housekeeping and pool/bar staff were tremendous. In terms of the rooms, ours was small and felt dated, but it was very clean and honestly, we weren't there for the room! It offers a great rooftop pool that has a stellar menu and delicious bites. Justin in particular was a stand out - he was so kind and made sure everyone had water, popcorn, towels, and anything else they may have needed, checking in throughout our time at the pool.

The rooms were very nice and the staff friendly. The rooftop pool was great. We ended up staying at the pool two days after spending the morning at the beach. The hotel provided chairs and towels at the beach so I had no problem with the resort fee of $35 per day. Great location, literally backing up to the Versace mansion.

The staff was very courteous, helpful, and had great attitudes. The room was clean upon arrival, cleaned daily, and exactly what I expected when I booked it. Great location, everything felt close by. Cool rooftop pool and bar. The complimentary beach chairs, and the company they use, were great and very personable. Will stay here annually.

The room was small particularly the bathroom and shower which were split oddly between the hallway upon entering the room. The pool is small and outdated on the roof of the building next door. 8 people maximum can fit comfortably. The location was within walking distance to the beach and great restaurants.

The room was small and poorly lit. While the lighting was somewhat unique, it offered little control or direction. The TV had so many channels it was hard to select anything as literally paging thru hundreds. There is a mandatory $150 resort fee which gets you a free chair at the beach, but if you want an umbrella, you have to rent it. The rooftop patio and pool is wonderful as is the location. Also nice is the direct access to the restaurant and bar if weather is bad or you don’t feel like going out.

Hyatt hasn’t put any love into the Dream hotel. They need to upgrade it; they’re doing the bare minimum to keep visitors coming. Go somewhere else, if you can afford it.
