Fint hotell med ett perfekt läge. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Bra sängar och ett stort badrum. Det enda som inte var perfekt var att det inte gick att köpa något vid poolen och att det inte fanns en dusch att låna när man hade checkat ut från hotellet. Fanns en utomhus dusch vid poolen man fick använda.

Miami Beach - Art Deco
Otroligt bra beläget hotell mitt i det historiska Art Deco-distriktet och granne med Gianni Versaces hus/palats. Lite sen frukostservering för en nordbo med sex timmars tidsskillnad i kroppen. De kunde gott ha börjat 07.00 med frukost och väl i frukostmatsalen fick man vänta lite för länge. Dock generöst med påfyllning av juice och te.

Ok Hotel ( bad wi-fi) with great staff
Stayed here for a week. All in all it’s a pretty nice hotel. The rooms are nice and the view was nice. The staff is service minded and very friendly. There are some issues with the hotel, which made me feel like I wouldn’t stay there again. 1) The WIFI. I have never had such a bad WIFI experience. It took me the entire week to finish one episode of a series on Netflix. The internet is really bad. As a European without any data it’s crippling not to have high speed WiFi. 2) Its loud from the street. Even from our room (fight floor) we could hear the music everyday. 3) Hidden fees. Be aware you will pay more than you think. Everyday they charge you an 18 dollar (plus taxes) for the services the hotel is providing (pool WiFi (which is bad)etc). On top of this there are three different taxes that have to be paid. 4) The breakfast is bad. It’s served in a partner restaurant in the same building. You get one pick for the menu with something to drink. Everything else costs extra. Boring restaurant and boring menu. In the states the breakfasts are usually really good. But not here. 5. The drainage in the shower was clogged. On the positive side you get beach kits with towels chairs and water everyday. That was really great.

Thank you for your comments and observations. They are essential for us to provide an excellent visit for our guests, We will also share your comments with the restaurant company. As to your comment regarding 'hidden fees,' included on all confirmations is the information regarding an $18 plus tax daily service fee. As to the taxes, those are set by the government that all businesses are obligated to charge.

Bad service!!!!
Värdelös service. Tog 25 min att checka in och så var det en framför oss i kön och tre som stod i receptionen. Har bett om att få ett kvitto mailat till mig från hotellet dragit från mitt kredit kort men inget svar över huvud taget. Vi ville ändra ett namn på ett kvitto till mitt namn Mikael men av någon anledning lyckades de bara ändra det till min frus andra namn Emma. Märkligt och inkompetent. Rummet blev inte städat alls de första två dagarna fast vi hade hängt ut om att vi önskade få rummet städat. Restaurangen Suger Factory har dessutom dragit $100 från mitt kredit kort för något jag inte beställt (de har blandat ihop mig med någon annan) Däremot svarade Suger Factory direkt på email och håller på att undersöka vad som blivit fel. Annars var hotellet fint och helt ok rent. Ligger väldigt bra till på ocean drive.

Pros: The service was excellent. The staff was very friendly and extremely accommodating. The location is great, across the street from the beach and in the middle of all the action on Ocean Drive. Cons: I was very disappointed with our room. I reserved what was supposed to be a suite. I payed almost $800/ night for what was just a somewhat large hotel room. There was nothing about the room that could be described as a suite. While the room may have been 650-700 sq. ft a good deal of that footage was taken up by a ridiculously large bathroom. As big as the bathroom was it was poorly designed. The sink area was small with little room to put your toiletries and no place to hang up bath towels. The room had no sitting area, in fact the only chair in the room was a desk chair. The room was nice as hotel rooms go but was not worth anything close to $800/ night. It should never have been described as a suite.

Excelent location, beautiful lobby, rooms, staff, service and de view excellent. One observation: The floor of the bathtub when wet becomes slippery, so the suggestion es to put some type of special transparente 3M tape or similar to avoid an accident. Otherwise the Hotel is excellent. We hope to return soon, Regards. Fernando and Patricia.

Convenient access to the beach and boardwalk. Lots of dinning options nearby. Clean and updated rooms. Resort fee is well worth usage of the bikes and beach/pool towels. I would stay there again.

I would highly recommend Hotel Victor. Location was fantastic and the front desk help couldn't of been any better, they were all very pleasant and helpful. The rooms had a nice spacious feel. Take advantage of the bicycles they have avalible, you can bike on the beautiful boardwalk!

I stayed here for one day before my cruise and I didn't want to leave. Everyone on staff was nice and helpful, the room was clean, and the food from the connected restaurant was great. I would definitely stay here again and I recommend to anyone that wants to stay on Ocean Dr.
