Superbra service, men frukosten var ingen succé
Receptionisterna och städpersonalen var väldigt serviceinriktade och hjälpsamma. Jag anlände mitt i natten och togs snabbt och vänligt emot. Jag stannade tre nätter, och åt frukost på hotellet en dag. Frukosten skulle jag inte rekommendera. Även om det fanns ett brett utbud av kakor, pålägg och yoghurt, så saknades olika brödsorter och naturell yoghurt. Juicen var gjord på koncentrat. I området finns flera kaféer som erbjuder frukost med färskpressad juice, nygjord omelett och annat gott.

Toppen-hotell i Milano!
Toppen-hotell, bra läge och vänlig personal. De byggde om i receptionen precis när vi var där, byggstök och mycket oväsen. Det gick bra ändå och det kommer säkert bli fint när det är klart.

Hotel Mentana var helt ok, sängarna var inte så sköna men det gick ändå att sova på, frukosten var inte den bästa men det fanns ändå mat,

Hotellet annonseras som 4stjärnigt men var snarast 2stjärnigt i standard på rum, sängar, utrustning i rum, etc.. Dammigt. Ett plus för vänlig service.

A high end experience! Staff was extremely polite and helpfull, friendly and attentive, no need to ask, service had been done already, luggage was brought up after storage… good tips, great and wide choice of breakfast Details made the (small but efficient) room feel very delicately designed: dark lining in the bed linnens, embroidered towels, complementary earplugs and toothpaste, a fully equiped minibar, built in tv, small details but a very high standard. I will defenitely be back!

Madrassen var forferdelig, skulle vært skiftet ut for mange år siden, veldig nedsunket. Skyvedøren til badet er en vits, stor glipe, og forsterker alle lyder - intet privatliv. Ellers veldig fint rom og hotell, og fin plassering.

En general todo bien, excepto el desayuno, lo recogen antes de tiempo, cuando bajamos ya no había casi nada y no volvieron a poner a pesar de que faltaba una hora para el cierre. Todo lo demás excelente: atención, ubicación y comodidad.

The hotel was very clean and quiet. We had a wonderful view of a small plaza. Staff members were friendly and professional. We only stayed one night because of our flight schedule, but we would have been happy to stay longer.

First night in Italy
The hotel is in a quiet area just a short walk from main streets with shopping, food, etc. It was very clean and comfortable. I would recommend it to friends.
