Magisk svit.
Fantastiskt litet hotell. Andra gången jag bor där. Enda tråkiga var utbudet v tv-kanaler.

Rent hotell centralt beläget
Bra hotell. Riktigt centralt läge. Renoverade och fräscha rum. Frukosten var lite spartansk, men det ingick färsktbryggt kaffe (av person, ej automat). Rummet vi fick låg på hörnet av huset och hade två balkonger, av husets totalt tre balkonger. Be om rum nummer 5.

Great location and hotel
Great place and attentive staff. The only negative from my side was that the room was incredibly warm, didn't manage to get the temperature down when trying. Only stayed one night so not a big problem. Definitely recommend staying here'

Great but some details missing
We stayed for three Nights and truly enjoyed it. Some details like a limited breakfast and no buzz at the hotel was a little negative. Staying at the hotel for a drink or dinner was not an option as the lobby was always empty. Regardless a very pleasant time.

Highly recommended modern hotel in Milan.
Stayed five nights at Palazzo Segreti during a work-related trip to Milan and the entire stay was extremely satisfactory. The rooms are decorated in an elegant, very modern, minimalistic style - highly suitable for being in one of the world's fashion capitals. The personnel were very helpful, professional and kind. Even though the complimentary breakfast buffet was rather limited, all the products were of high quality and left you satisfied. The hotel is located just 10 min by cab from Milano Centrale. From the hotel it's just a 7 min walk to Piazza del Duomo, where you can visit the Cathedral and also do a lot of shopping; e.g. next to the Duomo there is a nice shopping mall called La Rinascente - it has all kinds of expensive brands and at the top of the mall there is a nice rooftop bar/restaurant where you can rest and have your 'aperitivo' after 6pm. Enjoy!

Allt var väldigt bra
Hotelet ligger mitt i allt och om man vill ta sig någon stan är det bara att ta på sig skorna och gå! Rummen är stora super frächa och kan kännas kala eftersom det är inrett i en modern anda och väldigt minimilaistiskt men personligen föredrar jag det över gamla hotellrum som är över möblerade så man inte kan röra sig! Detta är ett boutique hotel som verkligen sätter dig som gäst i centrum! Vi var sena flera gånger till frukosten men endå serverade dom fram frukost åt oss och man kände sig lite speciell!

Palazzo Segreti - Nyrenoverat Centralt Bra service
Mycket fint hotell, som är totalt renoverat under 2011. Rummet var fräscht, rent och tyst. Personalen var fantastiskt trevlig och välkomnande. Det centrala läget gjorde att vi kunde gå överallt. Frukosten var enkel, men vi fick både smörgås, yoghurt och god cappucino. Hotellet rekommenderas varmt.

Clean, Central.. please provide a kettle & tea bag
Hotel was decent, very central, close to the palace. Nice that they provide happy hour (for food, not drinks) and free breakfast. The cleaners tend to shift the furnitures around daily when they clean, not sure why. My only small remark is I wished the provided a kettle and teabags in the room (pretty standard for hotels). It's nice to make yourself a cup of tea after a long day.

A delight to stay here. Lovely welcome from a great staff team . Sabrina at reception was outstanding, making restaurant reservations at hotels in other cities for us. Will definitely stay again if visiting Milan.

Palazzo Segreti is a gem in the heart of Milan. Quiet, comfortable and incredibly well located. Most of all, the staff is fabulous. There is no request that they will not attempt to accommodate, and they make the routine elegantly easy. In particular, Dennis and Sabrina at the front desk are perfect professionals. We would stay here again in a heartbeat when we return to Milan.

This hotel was in a quiet street off the busy area. Right near the Sforzesco castle, less than10 min walk to Duomo, Cadorna station (for Malpensa airport express) and easy walk to Brera... Hotel is in a convenient location for walking to many sites or taking public transportation. There are many stores and restaurants nearby. Our room was spacious, convenient and clean. Slippers and bathrobes were useful. Breakfast was really delicious!! (many baked goods, fresh fruit, eggs, yogurt...) Elevator was really small and old fashioned but you might find it charming. Staff were friendly and very helpful. It was a perfect hotel to stay for our 1 night stay in Milan. Wish we had more days to stay at Palazzo Segreti and explore beautiful Milan!!

Finished off our Italian vacation by spoiling ourselves at this property. From the excellent service at the front desk to the cleanliness of the room and property we were so pleased with our choice. The location is perfect for access to everything !! We walked miles and enjoyed every minute.

Perfect location, boutique experience
Gorgeous design elements, a genuinely kind and helpful staff, and a perfect location make this the best stay imaginable. I wasn’t familiar with Milan prior to this visit, but I could not be more pleased with this hotel’s location, which is about 5 minutes to everything you’d want to experience. This is a true boutique hotel with curated design and an attentive staff that goes out of its way to offer recommendations and assist with anything else you may need. I’d absolutely stay again and will recommend to friends and family visiting Milan.
