Sheets had a stain. Housekeeping was accommodating and switch them out. Room needs some work and could have been cleaner.

Real big issue was the state of the heater/AC unit in the room with parts of it hanging off or fully uncovered. Also lots of poor repair jobs/general upkeep. But it serves the purpose well when you just need somewhere to stay for a night and don’t want to pay an arm and a leg.

housekeeping is NOT attending to the rooms even after 2 request made for a full cleaning prior to their shift starting we have to take out our own trash to keep it from overflowing and clean the bathroom and floors ourselves and went to our storage for towels and tissue we make sure to exit the room to be outa their way and being gone alllll day long only to come back and the room is still unattended too cleaning wise our stay is almost over just waiting for our new place to be move in ready but been here 2 wks

awaiting for our place to be repaired for move in ready any day now so we are staying to avoid having to pay enormous hotel cost BUT tempted to stay in car but the weather is toooo uncertain cause the rooms DONT get much attention at all no sense of complaining cause it’s likely to be ignored we take our own trash out daily to prevent piled up trash in room and brought cleaning products to clean the bathroom and floors been here since 16th and only had the toliet cleaned ONCE upon having to ask all they do is come around every few days to collect towels we are using our own towels we ask for room cleaning be gone working ALL DAY TIL LATE NIGHT and come in and NO ONE attends to room there were roaches in room 135 we were moved to another room seemly this room you gota play in tank to get toilet to flush and it takes hours for it to quiet the original room the heater was awfully dirty and running really loud asked for it be deep cleaned but that request went unanswered it was tapered with dirt and grime couldn’t take the noise anymore so we were moved to another room i understand we are paying 67 nightly online but the least they could do is be more attentive to cleaning rooms

For future reference please consider booking one of our Superior King should you need these amenities. The room itself was, Semi clean. Did not appreciate finding used condoms in the trash can. Then when I requested another room. The clerk didn't at first want to give me a new room, Of the same size that I had booked.

You could guarantee that your room would be clean every day if requested. The place is always clean and smell good. Not the mention how white those sheet were. I would recommend the Redroof inn to anyone who don't want to spend a bag of money but need a good clean place to stay.

I was still charged $185 dollars for a couple nights that I didn't stay at the hotel, I told the person at the front desk when asked if I was going to stay again, I said no as the money I was waiting for had not been deposited in my account, only to later find out I was still I charged! I tried calling the manager but he NEVER RETURNED MY CALL !!

A crazy woman yelled and cried at midnight. Police had to be called. I asked for a different room and they said I had to pay to upgrade for a handicapped room. No refund given so I checked out that evening and found a new stay.
